Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27609 919-876-0739 Change of Excellent B To Master To help resolve the confusion that has been occurred over the years with Excellent A and Excellent B classes, which are two distinctly different classes, we are renaming them to match the names of the titles that are earned from those two, different classes. The requirements to qualify are different in each of these classes as is the title earned when they complete the title requirements. In an effort to eliminate this confusion, as of January 1, 2013 the name of the Excellent A class will change to "Excellent" and the name of the Excellent B class will change to "Master". Please note, only the name is changing. The class themselves and the titles earned remain the same. The new entry form reflects the change. The changes will be as follows: Excellent A will change to Excellent Excellent A Preferred will change to Excellent Preferred Excellent B will change to Master Excellent B Preferred will change to Master Preferred Height Card Process: Copies of height cards no longer need to be sent with your entry. Please check the appropriate box on the entry form regarding your dog s measurement status so the trial secretary knows whether to include you on the Dogs to Be Measured List. Regular Preferred Information 8 4 For dogs 11 & under at withers 12 8 For dogs 14 & under at withers 16 12 For dogs 18 & under at withers 20 16 For dogs 22 & under at withers 24 20 For dogs over 22 at withers 26 --- Dogs may be entered at this height at their owner s discretion

ENTRY FEES: $25.00 first entry of each dog, each day; $13.00 subsequent entries of same dog, same day. OBSTACLES: Obstacles will meet the specifications for obstacles in the current edition of the regulations for Agility Trials. Rubber surfaced contacts, 24 weave poles and electronic timing will be used. WARM-UP AREAS are fully fenced and consist of a regulation jump. Exhibitors may not use the warm up areas to relieve their dogs. DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER: This trial is open to all dogs over the age of 15 months that are registered with the American Kennel Club or are registerable breeds that have obtained AKC ILP or PAL numbers, except bitches in heat, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. Dogs or registerable breeds with an accepted foreign registration number are eligible to participate subject to Chapter 11, Section 1 of the Dog Show Rules. Refer to Chapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds they may participate. The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Youngsville Agility Club and Teamworks Dog Training LLC, its agents, members, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further, assume no responsibility for injury to children. REFUNDS: Entry fees for bitches that come into season after the closing date will be refunded (minus a $11.00 administrative fee per day) if a veterinarian certificate is presented to the trial secretary prior to the start of judging. Refunds due to illness or injury of either dog and/or handler will be made on a case-by-case basis by the trial committee and a vet s and/or physician s note must be presented prior to the start of judging. No entry fees will be refunded if the Trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency, or any other cause beyond the control of the Club. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by vet or judge or barred from competition by action of the trial committee.

Dogs are not required to be at the trial until the scheduled time of judging. All dogs not needed for further judging are excused. The owner/handler of each dog is solely responsible for having the dog ready at ringside when it is to be judged.
