Any away exhibitors needing to debench earlier must advise the Show Manager when benching. Anyone wishing to help please advise the Show Secretary early. Judges are asked to report by 8am. Judging to commence at 8:30am. The hall will be locked during judging and no-one will be allowed to enter until ALL sections have completed their judging. We ask any judges and stewards who finish early to refrain from looking at the rest of the show until it is open to the public to avoid disturbing any judges with sections not yet completed. RAFFLES ~ There will be several raffles available at the show. Plant and shrub raffle kindly donated by Clelands Garden Centre, Palmerston North Food hamper, $50 note, and a 20kg sack of seed available at the door. There will be another 20kg sack of seed available as a quick fire raffle at the lunch on Saturday. SALES TABLE ~ The Sales Table is for Federation member s surplus birds only. The Show Manager has the right to refuse sick birds, those in dirty or in over crowded cages. No prices on the sales birds are to be reduced once benched & under the control of the Sales Table Officer. All sale birds will be subject to a 20% sales commission. Same price for all birds in the same cage. Sale birds must be removed from the sales table no later than 12pm on Sunday. CARE OF EXHIBITS ~ SHOW OPENS ~ Expert care & attention will be given to all entries, however the three clubs will not be responsible for loss or damage to any bird, cage or any other item.
