German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Central Iowa Hunt Test October 17-18, 2015 The GSPC of Central Iowa would like to welcome you to our AKC Licensed Hunting Test, held at Directions to the Grounds (see map on last page) On Hwy. 14, go 7 miles south of Knoxville, or 16 miles north of Chariton, turning east on Hwy. G76. Turn south in 2 1/2 miles onto 132nd Place. Go east on Upton for 1 mile, turning south on 140th Ave. Continue 2 miles, trial grounds on East. Camping and Hotels Primitive camping is available on the grounds. Knoxville is approx. 12 miles and has a Motel, grocery store, and convenience stores. Qualifying Events There will be two separate days of events, therefore you could get two qualifying scores. An entry form for each day is enclosed. Entries are open to all AKC registered pointing breeds with entries limited to the number of dogs that can be run during available daylight hours. Entries will close when this limit is reached if this occurs prior to the specified closing time. PLEASE NOTE: Each entry must be completed in full with payment enclosed or it cannot be drawn. Completed entry forms and entry fee must be received by the Hunt Test Secretary by the entry closing deadline or the entry will not be drawn. The GSPC of Central Iowa is not responsible for mailed entries not received by the deadline. Agreement and Disclaimer Entries accepted with the understanding that I (we) agree to hold the GSPC of Central Iowa, its officers, directors, hunting test committee or club members and the owner, lessor of the grounds and any employees of the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the hunting test grounds or near any entrance thereto and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, damage, or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the GSPC of CI or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any person or any other cause or causes.
