AUCTIONEERS FORWARD This year s Fair is once again well-supported with a good entry of store cattle and sheep, mainy from the locality that can be thoroughly recommended to prospective purchasers. There are several bunches of stronger feeding cattle and younger sorts for grazing next summer. Also, there are some useful store and ewe lambs forward both Suffolks and Continentals which will demand special attention from hogget feeders. Your attendance at our busiest sale of 2014 would be greatly appreciated. Our thanks to the National Farmers Union for generously sponsoring the show classes for the second year. PURCHASERS NOTE Would prospective purchasers unknown to the auctioneers, please contact the auctioneers office prior to start of the sale. PURCHASE TERMS Payment strictly on the Sale day. CONDITIONS OF SALE The LAA Conditions of Sale apply TO VENDORS & PURCHASERS All Ewes are sold as Warranted Correct in Tooth and Udder (unless otherwise stated in the catalogue or at the time of sale). Any complaints must be lodged with the Auctioneers within one hour of the sale or before removal from the market, whichever is the sooner. Any Ewe found to be incorrectly described; the Vendor shall pay 30% of the purchase price if it has an incorrect udder. Vendors please check that the description given is correct. CASTRATED SHEEP In the event of any male sheep not expressly sold as a Ram which has not been castrated or has been incorrectly castrated, the Purchaser shall have the right to return such sheep to the Vendor, or the Vendor shall repay the Purchaser 25% of the purchase price. PLEASE CHECK ALL LAMBS CAREFULLY Any complaints must be lodged with the Auctioneers within one hour of the sale or before removal from the market, whichever is the sooner. All Breeding Stock will be divided into MV Accredited Stock and Non-Accredited. All MV Accredited Sheep must be unloaded at the Designated Unloading bay and must be accompanied by the required movement licence. All other stock must use the usual sheep unloading bays CONDITION 46 HEIFERS PROVING INCALF No claim whatsoever will be accepted be the Auctioneers or the Vendors if the purchaser fails to notify the Auctioneers in writing within six months of the sale date or prior to the Heifer calving if before six months, whether the calf is born dead or alive.
