The Hamilton/Burlington SPCA is proud to present the 29th annual Wiggle Waggle Walk on Sunday September 9th at the beautiful Bayfront Park in Hamilton. Our over 300 two, three and four-legged guests will enjoy a 5 km stroll along the Waterfront Trail, as well as activities for the entire family; food trucks, vendors, demos, kids activities (bouncy castle, face painting), and a lure course for the three and four-legged family members. People and animals of all ages, shapes and sizes (cats, goats and pot-bellied pigs are welcome too!) join forces every September to raise funds for animals in the Hamilton/Burlington community. The HBSPCA is a private non-profit registered charity serving a mixed urban and rural community. Programs and services are directed to protecting animals from people, teaching responsible pet ownership and caring for animals in its onsite Companion Animal Hospital, foster homes and kennels. ABOUT THE HAMILTON/BURLINGTON SPCA Innovative pet visiting programs reach children and youth with autism, seniors in their homes, and youth in residential settings. SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS Vendor fee includes: - Opportunity to be exposed to 300 guests anticipated - Business name listed on event page at hbspca.com - Business name listed on the Wiggle Waggle registration page - Mention on social media (when promoting the vendor marketplace as one of the activities at the Wiggle Waggle Walk) - Tent rental (if needed) Vendors are responsible for: - Submitting their complete application and payment form no later than August 22nd, 2018 (pay by June 1st to take advantage of the early bird rate) - Processing their own payments on day of event - Their own credit/debit services and other related fees - Setting up and tearing down their own booth (with assistance of HBSPCA volunteers) - Materials, layout and set up of their booth (including items such as tablecloths) - Being fully set up by 10:00 am (set up starts at 8:00 am on day of event) - Being fully torn down by 3:00 pm (event ends at 2:00 pm) - Please notify Kirsty Woodhead if you require a table and/or chairs (kwoodhead@hbspca.com) Absolutely no refunds for cancellations due to any reason (health or otherwise) within 30 days of the event. In the case of event cancellation, HBSPCA, at its sole discretion, may choose to offer you a credit towards a future event date.
