SHOWRULES 1. This is an official ARBA sanctioned show and will be governed by the latest revised rules of the ARBA. Anyone filing an entry in this show agrees to abide with these rules. 2. This is a carrying cage, pre entry or day of show entry. All carriers must have leak proof bottoms. 3. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly tattooed in the left ear. 4. Entry fees for open and youth are $3.50 and fur classes are $1.00 for day of show entry. Pre Entry is 3.00 per animal, payable with entries. The rabbit must be entered in the all-breed show to be entered in the fur class. 5. Any animals that show signs of illness during the day will be removed from the building. 6. Butler County Rabbit Breeders and The Butler Farm Show, nor its employees will be responsible in case of fire, theft, or accident that occurs to person (s) or property while at the show. 7. Rabbits entered in the open show CAN NOT be entered in the youth show or vise versa. 8. We will use the ARBA comment cards and any entry forms. Make checks payable to BCRBA. Any returned check will be charged $25.00. If they are not handled within 10 days of notification, entries will be left off of the show report, 9. Judging will begin promptly at the assigned times. BCRBA reserves the right to add or substitute judges. The decision of any show official will be final. 10. Each breed will be called ONLY TWICE before it begins. No refunds or re-judging. 11. Only youth may place animals on and off of the table during the youth shows. 12. Exhibitors attempting or actually interfering, annoying, or influencing the judge will be removed from the show room with all the entry fees revoked. 13. Parents must keep their children under control. You are responsible for any damage done. 14. All awards and ribbons must be picked up day of show. None will be mailed. Ribbons will be given for 1-3 places. 15. Absolutely No SMOKING in any of the buildings!!!!! No alcoholic beverages or narcotics on the premises. Pre Entry Option Rules 1. Pre entries will be accepted by email at slwood@zoominternet.net until Midnight, Sat. April 13th, 2016. They will be accepted by mail at 508 Deer Creek Road, Saxonburg, Pa 16056 with a postmark April 11th, or sooner. 2. Entry Fee will be 3.00 per animal. Entry Fee MUST BE RECEIVED with a Postmark of April 13th or sooner regardless of if they are emailed or mailed to me. Otherwise they will not be accepted at the 3.00 rate. 3. Changes will be allowed morning of the show at a fee of 2.00 per animal with up to 2 changes per animal. 4. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 5. It shall be the exhibitor s responsibility to check in with the show secretary on the morning of the show to assure that all information was entered correctly by the secretary. If you do not check in and information is later found wrong at the table, the animal could be DQ d. 6. Coloring station- Come learn your varieties by coloring your favorite rabbit or cavy!! Showmanship- Enter the showmanship contest and get some practice in for your county fair. Use a rabbit or cavy using the form found on the PASRBA website. Skillathon- Demonstrate your knowledge in several different areas.
