In the case of a tie, time will be used if within the same class. If 2 teams in different classes have identical scores, the team with the most stations/second will be declared the winner. Entries not on current, official AKC entry forms, or photocopies of entry forms without agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE and will be returned. Entries without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgment of entries by written confirmation letter will be made as soon as possible after trial closes. If a legible email address is provided, an email confirmation of entry will be made as soon as possible as entries are received and processed. Post Dated Checks and Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a collection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort will be made to find duplicate entries; however, if the entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Declination of Entries. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have any claim against NSCA or any official thereof. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in the filling out of out entry forms. No entry and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors, or for cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print carefully on entry forms to eliminate errors. Bitches in Season will not be admitted to the Trial. Any exhibitor with an entered bitch in season on the trial date will be refunded the entry fee less $10.00 (each day) upon written certification by a veterinarian given to the Trial Secretary before the start of judging. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when they are called to be judged. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging may be excused. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dog and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Countryside Agility, National Shiba Club and its agents, employees, etc. will assume no responsibilities for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children.
