ALTERED DOG CLASS Not eligible for Best of Breed Competition ALTERED BITCH CLASS Not eligible for Best of Breed Competition NON-REGULAR (ADDITIONAL) CLASSES Involving Multiple Dog Entries As the judge s decision in the Non-Regular Classes involving Multiple Dog Entries is based on the merits of more than one dog or bitch, no one of the dogs or bitches making up the entry judges first in these classes will be eligible to compete for Best of Breed by virtue of having won these classes. STUD DOG CLASS For Stud Dog and two or more of their Get. It is not necessary that the Get be under the same ownership as that of the Stud Dog. The Stud Dog may be entered separately in one of the regular classes, or if a Champion of Record in Best of Breed Competition, but MUST be entered in the Stud Dog Class, the Get MUST be entered in one of the regular classes. The Stud Dog shall be considered as one entry and requires one entry fee, this being the regular fee plus the additional class fee if the Stud Dog is entered in another class. The Stud Dog must be shown in the ring with the Get. The class will be judged on the merits of the Get. BROOD BITCH CLASS Same as for the Stud Dog except substitute Brood Bitch for Stud Dog and Produce for Get. FAMILY/PROGENY CLASS Same as for Stud Dog/Brood Bitch, except that the progeny or family of a single dog is shown. This class is to show two or more generations descending from the entered Dog or Bitch. There is no limit to the size of the entry descending from a single Dog/Bitch. Spayed & neutered get are allowed in this class.

PUPPY SWEEPSTAKES REQUIREMENTS & CLASSIFICATION Sweepstakes is open to all Azawakh that are at least 4 months of age & under 18 months of age on the day of the show. Dogs shown in Sweepstakes must also be entered in one of the regular classes at the regular entry fee and on the regular entry form. Indicate your Sweepstakes Class with the age division in the space provided for "Additional Class." The following classes will be provided for both dogs and bitches. Puppy, 4 Months & Under 6 Months Puppy, 6 Months & Under 12 Months Junior, 12 Months & Under 18 Months DIVISION OF ENTRY MONEY AS PRIZES 25% of the entry fees will be retained by the club for expenses. The remaining 75% will be divided as follows: Best in Sweepstakes...10% of Sweepstakes Entries Best of Opposite Sex to Best in Sweepstakes...5% of Sweepstakes Entries The remainder will be divided in each class as follows: 1st - 40% 2nd - 30% 3rd - 20% 4th - 10% ENTRY FEES Payment must be in US dollars First Entry of Each Dog - $20.00 Additional Entry of same dog, unless otherwise specified - $15.00 Puppy Classes (6-9, 9-12, 12-18 months) $15.00 Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Progeny/Family Classes, as an Additional Class -$12.00 Sweepstakes $20.00 Altered Dog/Bitch - $10.00 When a dog is entered in more than one class, the highest priced class is considered the first entry. Each dog or bitch may enter ONLY ONE class leading to Best of Breed. All RV Parking Rules & Regulations will be strictly enforced. Overnight Parking - All vehicles $15.00 per day. No hookups - no reservations required - first come, first served. Overnight vehicles are parked on a first come, first served basis. If you want to park with someone, you must enter the grounds with them. No exceptions. All overnight vehicles must be parked 15' apart - from side of vehicle to side of vehicle and 10' end to end. This will be enforced under Order of Lake County General Health District. Any vehicle requiring sewage disposal may call 1-800-837-0050. Disposal will be at owner's expense. There are no disposal sites on the grounds. ALL VEHICLES REMAINING ON THE GROUNDS OVERNIGHT WILL BE ASSESSED THE OVERNIGHT PARKING FEE. All belongings must be removed from the show grounds by 6:00 P.M. Sunday. Grooming tent available for exhibitors on first come, first served basis. Absolutely no crates under tent or in ring aisles. Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club.

The show giving Club, their members, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. The show site is on the North side of Chapel Rd., or Take State Rt. 2 East until it ends at Rt. 20; follow Rt. 20 East to McMackin Rd.; turn left on McMackin Rd. to Chapel Rd.; turn right on Chapel Rd. to show grounds. From the East: Take Interstate 90 West to Madison, Ohio, Rt. 528 Exit and follow the above directions. NOTICE All Azawakh entered must have AKC registration. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
