No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions to its acceptance Make all checks and money orders payable to the Ann Arbor Dog Training Club, Inc. or AADTC. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. Funds. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Trial Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Entries sent overnight or express mail or other similar services should be designated NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practical after closing date with judging program and directions to the trial site. Should such acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please contact the Trial Secretary. Obedience entry fees include a $0.50 AKC Recording Fee for every dog entered in the Obedience trial, and a $3.00 AKC Event Services Fee for each Obedience class entered. Rally entry fees include a $3.00 AKC Recording Fee for each Rally class entered. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the Club it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Post dated and returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The show giving club will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. Overpayments of fees less than $10 will be considered a donation to the club and will not be returned. Errors on Entry Blanks Owners are responsible for errors in filling out entry forms, regardless of whomever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. No practicing will be allowed in the rings at any time. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the ring. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted. LIMITED CRATING AVAILABLE. NO CRATING IN ROOM 4. DUE TO SPACE LIMITATIONS, INDOOR CRATING FOR UNENTERED DOGS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. NO EXERCISE PENS ALLOWED IN BUILDING Bitches in Season A refund of all entry fees less $10.00 will be made to any exhibitor who has a bitch entered that comes in season after the entries close. To be eligible for a refund, a statement from a veterinarian must be presented to the Trial Secretary no later than 9:00 AM the morning of the trial or the veterinarian s statement may be mailed to the Trial Secretary, provided it is received prior to the opening of the trial. Multiple Entries When there is a multiple entry of the same dog, only the highest score will be eligible for special awards. Trophies All trophies must be claimed at the trial. NONE WILL BE MAILED. Any unclaimed awards become the property of the Ann Arbor Dog Training Club.

Prizes for which dogs in one class compete against dogs in one or more classes shall be awarded only to dogs that earn Qualifying Scores. In the event a specific trophy is unavailable, a trophy of equal value will be substituted. Dog means either sex. Trophies not claimed on the day of the trial become the property of the Ann Arbor Dog Training Club, Inc. No trophies will be mailed. Due to space limitations, not all prizes available are listed here; however, a full list, including donors, is available from the Trial Secretary, at the address listed above.
