Every other week a 'Moleculair Overleg' was held with alternately the discussion of techniques and current progress and the discussion of scientific research papers Organisation of a two-week practical for six students in the 'Cursus IB201' of the Institute for Biodiversity & Ecosystem Dynamics, University of Amsterdam, with R. de Jong and C. Fransen Internal supervisor at Naturalis for the NWO- 'MITCH' (Mining for Information in Texts from the Cultural Heritage) project that aims to extract and make available information from fieldbooks and registers from the Reptile and Amphibian collections of Naturalis. Funding is guaranteed from May 2005-April 2009, including the employment of an MSc-student (Mr. N. Bosman), a PhD-student (Mrs. M. van Erp), a postdoc (Dr. C. Sporleder) and a scientific programmer (Mr. S. Hunt)
