If a dog is entered in both Rally and Obedience, you must pay the fee for the first entry of the dog in each trial, as they are separate events. There are 3 total events: 1 Rally and 2 Obedience. E-Mail Notification Acknowledgement of entries will be made via email as soon as practicable. Please include legible e- mail address on your entry form. Exhibitors providing email addresses may receive all communication, including confirmation and judging schedule through email. Please ensure all spam blocking technology is set to allow email from the secretary address. Check junk/spam folders regularly, as some communications will contain.pdf attachments. Entry Services If you use an entry service (superintendent, online entry or fax service), please be aware of their terms, additional charges and delivery policies. Entries are processed in the order that they are received at the address of the Show Secretary, not by the date they are received to the forwarding service. Credit Card Payment Online Payment will be accepted up to the closing date and time via PayPal. Do not email or fax your credit card numbers to us. Entry forms may be scanned and emailed to clantyre.showsec@gmail.com, or mailed to the address above. Official AKC entry forms must be used and both sides must be transmitted. Payment can be made through the Clantyre Website. Credit card entries will include a $2.50 fee for each entry. Payments and Entry Forms must be received by closing, so please plan accordingly. $2.50 fee is non-refundable. Please follow any additional instructions on our website. All entries must indicate class A or B and a jump height where in classes that require jumps. Entries that do not include A or B and appropriate jump height will be entered in the B classes. Transfers will be allowed. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. 3 4

Rosette Offered by Candace Mogavero Notice to Exhibitors REFUND POLICY: Bitches in season are not permitted to compete in obedience trials. The club will refund all but a $10 administrative fee of the entry fee for bitches in season that are unable to compete for that reason. Refund requests must be accompanied by a dated, signed letter on official business letterhead from your veterinarian stating the reason that your dog cannot compete. The Trial Secretary must be notified no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class in the trial. E-mails, phone calls and non-letterhead notes will not be considered. The Rally ring is 32x65 feet. The building will be available for set-up at 4 PM on Friday. Exhibitors and handlers will be responsible for clean conditions in and around their crating area. No wire crates or x-pens on the matted floors. There is no space for un-entered dogs. Dogs may not be left overnight. All trophies must be claimed on the day of the show. None will be mailed. Unclaimed awards become the property of Wilmington Kennel Club The judge is not required to wait for dogs. It is the responsibility of the owner/handler to have the dog at ringside when required and without being called. All dogs present must be held on a leash, or confined to a crate except when being judged. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations Telegraph, telephone and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on an official AKC entry form and photocopies of entry forms without agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Entries received without fees, or with post -dated or returned checks will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made via email as soon as practicable. Please include legible e-mail address on your entry form. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a $30 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the show giving club, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refunds will be made. Effective January 1, 2008 Event Service Fees on all AKC events will be $3 for the first entry and $3 for each additional entry in addition to the $.50 recording fee for the first entry of each dog in Obedience. (American Kennel Club Rules, Chapter 11, Section 2.) It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The host club, Clantyre Show Secretary Services and its agents, employees, etc. will assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other person. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering. 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time the entries for a show closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of the acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter 11, Section 3). 5. Mixed Breed Dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as All-American Dog/Mixed Breed. Sire and Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
