Through submission of entry, the competitor acknowledges that they are knowledgeable of ASCA rules and regulations. Check www.asca.org for rule changes and updates. All entries must be complete and on ASCA forms; if copies are used, both sides must be copied. Entries must be signed, complete, and paid in full to be accepted. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be no refund for duplicate entries. Dog sales or puppies under eight weeks are not permitted on the show grounds. The ASC of Mid-America show committee will not accept entries from any person not in good standing with ASCA or ASC of Mid- America, a dog or handler disqualified from ASCA conformation and/or a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the Club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to notify exhibitors or their agents of breed or class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class but may at their discretion wait a reasonable length of time. Ribbons and prizes must be picked up by the end of the show in which they were won or they will be forfeited. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. The entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes, or other cause beyond the control of the club. The Show-giving Club, the Show Secretary, their agents, employees, etc. assume no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handler or to any dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Changes, additions, or corrections to pre-entry forms must be received in writing prior to the close of pre-entries. Such changes to gate entries may be made up until the closing of gate entries for that show. In the event of a judge change, an individual may enter a dog in additional classes under the new judge. If the dog was pre-entered in at least one other show during the same weekend, pre-entry price applies; otherwise entry will be at gate price. WE NEED YOUR HELP! No E-collars or electrical training devices used to inflict discomfort to a dog will be permitted at any time. Violation of this will, at a minimum, result in forfeiture of all deposits. 3. Clean up after dogs inside the facilities and outside on the property: All waste is to be deposited in outside receptacles NOT inside trash cans. This includes excess fur and other bodily products. 4. All accidents within a CCSC building must be cleaned up immediately. There is disinfecting spray, steam cleaner, and paper towels available.
