GCCF SUE DANKS ASIAN C. A. 22/4/17 Thank you to Anna and team for my kind invitation. It was an honour to be able to judge at this popular show and bliss to be able to handle so many quality Asians under one roof. The hospitality was spot on and I had a brilliant steward Miriam Haas. Thank you for your company through the day. AC ASIAN SMOKE KITTEN 1 ST & BOB MRS H & MR R McRae SHADOWS PIXIE OF CAGARAN (ASH NS) F25.11.16 A 5 month old baby with a very extravert character. She had medium ears tilted slightly forward with good breadth between & following the line of her wedge. She had green/yellow eyes with a slight curve to the top lid and fuller to the lower, slanting towards her nose. She had good breadth at the cheek bones gently tapering to a short blunt wedge of good width. In profile she had a slight rounding to her forehead leading to a definite break at the nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip with a firm deep chin level bite and good depth to her skull. She was developing good foreign bone structure with a balanced tapering tail showing a few rings to the tip. She stood on slender legs with oval little paws. Her coat was medium short and showing the correct smoke pattern, appearing black until the coat was parted and then a silver white was visible showing excellent contrast about 1/3 rd of the hair shaft. There was just some bleeding through to her bib area. A very promising little girl. AC ASIAN TABBY KITTEN 14WEEKS-6MONTHS 1 ST & BOB MRS C LOVELL KENNBURY RUES HONFLEUR (ASH h 25) F 18.12.16 A cheeky little girl who was enjoying all the attention. She had medium ears set well apart following the line of her wedge. She had good width at the cheek bones gently tapering to a short blunt wedge with spotted whisker pads. Her eyes were gold with green around the pupil, set well apart and held at a slant towards her nose with a fuller lower lid and lovely expression, surrounded by spectacles. In profile she had a gentle rounding to her forehead leading to a medium break at the nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip, with a firm chin and level bite. She had a balanced body with good weight for her age supported by slender little legs with oval paws and a long tapering tail with some rings to the tip. She had a soft smooth close lying coat with a darker spinal line and top side of her tail and excellent even agouti ticking of warm chestnut brown just a hint of the tortie colour to her crown and mid back and two shades to her paw pads. She had one necklace and she had some barring to her thighs. 2 nd MR M & MRS L BULL VIKARA KARELIA KHALEESI (ASH j 25) F 2.1.17 Another lovely kitten with good type. She had medium ears set apart and following the line of her wedge. She had large amber eyes with a slight curve to the top lid and fuller to the lower lid and angled towards her nose. She had good breadth at the cheek bones and tapering to a short blunt wedge with a level bite and firm chin. In profile she had a rounding to her forehead leading to a distinct break at the nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip, falling away a fraction at the leather. She had a balanced elegant body supported by slender legs and oval paws. She had a long tapering tail. Her coat was soft silky and showing good tortie pattern of medium dove grey and shades of medium cream throughout. On the day her coat appeared to look more shaded than ticked. (My thoughts were confirmed by two senior judges). Not knowing her genetic background I went on what she looked like on the day. She had a wonderful temperament AC ASIAN TABBY KITTEN OVER 6 MONTHS 1 ST & BOB MRS D BUNTING XCHARDI TA DAH (ASH as 25 31) M 17.9.16 A very impressive boy and well grown for his age. He had large well spaced ears rounded at the tips and following the line of his wedge. He had large green eyes edged with blue liner surrounded by spectacles with a slight curve to top lid and fuller to the lower lid slanting towards his nose. He had good width at the cheek bones tapering to a strong blunt wedge with spotted whisker pads and he had pencil lines to his cheeks. In profile his ears tilted forward and he had a gentle rounding to his 1

forehead leading to a distinct break at his nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip with a firm deep chin and level bite. He had a balanced elegant foreign bone structure with a muscular body and a long tapering tail. He had a soft silky close lying coat with a darker spinal line following down the top side of his tail with a skull cap to his crown. He had an even pattern of agouti hairs to his body with some barring to the inside of his front legs and a pale undercarriage. He had a lovely friendly disposition. 2 nd MRS S BRADBURN KENNBURY NOBEL ART (ASH b 23) M 3.9.16 Another well grown boy just a few weeks older. He had well set ears that could be a little larger, following the line of his wedge. He had gold eyes that slanted towards his nose but could have a fuller curve to his lower lid. He had good width at the cheek bones tapering to a short blunt wedge and spotted whisker pads, level bite and firm chin. In profile he had a gentle rounded forehead leading to a medium break and a short straight nose falling away a little at the tip. He had M to his forehead and a scarab to his crown and pencil lines to his cheeks and spectacles around his eyes. His coat was close lying to his body, soft and silky with a spinal line and vertical lines running down his sides. He had some barring to his thighs and front legs. All markings were a chestnut brown on a bronze agouti ground. His body was firm and muscular supported by slender legs and neat oval paws and he had a wonderful nature. 3 rd MRS C LOVELL KENNBURY SILVER SEAHAWK (ASH bs 25) m 3.9.16L Litter brother to Nobel Art with a quite similar type. He had good ear set but the ears could be larger, set well apart. He had green/yellow eyes with slight curve to upper lid and fuller to lower lid with brown liner and spectacles. He had good width at the cheek bones tapering to a short blunt wedge. In profile he had a gentle rounding to his forehead leading to a medium break and straight nose that falls away a little at the tip and could be a little shorter for balance. He had a level bite and firm chin with good depth to his skull. He had a lithe muscular body of good weight with a long tapering tail and standing on slender legs with oval paws. His coat was soft and close lying with a spinal line but the ticking was a little uneven, heavier to his shoulders and a little patchy. He had barring to his thighs and rings to his tail. Another lovely natured boy. AC ASIAN SELF OR TORTIE KITTEN 14 WEEKS 6 MONTHS 1 ST & BOB MRS C & MISS L ROBERTSHAW SHADOWS DEFINITELY DUSTY (ASH c) F 23.11.16 A little 5 month old girl with medium ears set well apart and following the contour of her wedge. She had good width at the cheek bones tapering to a short wedge that could have a little more width. She had amber eyes that could be larger and they appeared to be a little watery, preventing her from opening them fully which I put down to the fact that she was teething, having two sets of teeth. Unfortunately this spoilt her overall appearance on the day. In profile she had a gentle rounding to her forehead falling to a definite break at the nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip, chin perpendicular to her nose and she had good depth to her skull. She was developing elegant foreign bone structure with slender legs and delicate oval paws and a long tapering tail. Her coat was dark dove grey, with a shine and was even in tone and almost sound to the roots, soft and lying close to her body. She had an adorable temperament AC ASIAN SELF OR TORTIE KITTEN OVER 6 MONTHS 1 ST & BOB MRS C JAMES KAPALSA IT S A KIND OF MAGIC (ASH a) M 18.8.16 An 8 month old boy with medium large ears well placed apart and following the line of his wedge. He had large gold expressive eyes with a slight curve to the top lid and fuller to the lower lid angled towards his nose. He had good breadth at the cheek bones tapering to a short blunt wedge. In profile he had a slight rounding to his forehead falling to a rather shallow break making his nose appear rather long. He had good depth to his skull and level bite with a firm chin. His body was lithe and muscular with a long tapering tail supported by slender legs and oval paws. His coat was medium short, dark blue, a little paler to the roots, soft and silky. Lovely natured boy. 2

SUE DANKS MISC. AV SILVER ADULT 1 ST MRS J & MISS E MATHEWS CH KATCHYN ICEDTEA (ASH ns 11 31) M 8.5.16 A mature looking boy approaching a year old with good ear set, medium large and following to contours of his wedge, round at the tips and wide at the base. He had green/yellow eyes with a slight curve to the top lid and fuller to the lower lid angled towards his nose edged with black liner and outlined with spectacles. He had good width at the cheek bones tapering to a short blunt wedge. In profile he had a gentle rounding to his forehead leading to a distinct break at the nose bridge with a medium short straight nose to the tip. He had a level bite and firm chin and good depth to his skull. He had pencil lines to his cheeks and a skull cap to his crown, darker spinal line with seal shading to his back and sides. He had some barring to his thighs and some to the inside of his front legs. He had a medium foreign bone structure with a long tapering tail showing rings and darker to the top side. He had a lovely nature. 2 ND MRS J LAWRENCE LAWRENCO JUSTPEACHYDARLING (ASH bs 25) F 3.7.16 Just over 9 months old and still has some maturing to do. He had large ears set well apart with rounded tips following the line of his wedge. He had large green/yellow eyes with a slight curve to top lid and fuller to lower lid etched with brown liner and surrounded by spectacles. He had good width at the cheek bones with a short blunt wedge and spotted whisker pads. He had a well muscled body supported by slender legs and a long tapering tail. His coat was heavier ticked with a spinal line following down the top side of his tail and silver base coat. His coat was soft and lying close to his body and he had a great temperament. 3 RD MRS C TURNER-RUSSELL WELLBRAND LA-BAMBA (ASH ns 11 31) F 18.3.14 A small girl, who I would prefer a larger size at her age of 3 years. She had large well spaced ears that followed the line of her wedge. She had good breadth at the cheek bones tapering to a short blunt wedge. She had large green eyes that were rather too large for balance and a little too protuberant. In profile she had a gentle rounding to her forehead leading to a definite break at the bridge and a short straight nose to the tip. She is needing a stronger chin with more depth. She had good depth to her skull. She had a slender little body with a long tapering tail. She had a short close lying coat that was very lightly shaded giving a tipped effect. She stood on slender legs with oval paws and she had a lovely temperament. AV NON-SILVER ADULT 1 ST MR M & MRS L BULL GR CH VIKARA AMIA ANOUSHKA (ASH c 11 31) F 2.11.13 A mature looking girl of 3 ½ years with large ears spaced well apart and following the line of her wedge. She had large lustrous green/yellow eyes with a slight curve to the top lid and a fuller curve to the lower lid angled towards her nose. She had good width at the cheek bones tapering to a strong blunt wedge of good width. In profile she had a gentle rounding to her forehead leading to a medium break at the nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip. She had good depth to her skull and a firm chin and level bite. She had a well balanced body with elegant foreign bone structure supported by slender legs and neat oval paws. Her coat was soft silky and close lying with light even grey shading and she had a long tapering tail. She had one necklace to her neck and pencilling to her face. She had a lovely nature. 2 nd MRS D BUNTING XCHARDI XLYSIS SAPPHIRE (ALH g 11) An endearing young girl only just old enough to compete with the big girls. She had medium ears spaced apart and following the line of her wedge with streamers. She had orange eyes set apart, with slight curve to her top lid and fuller to lower with a slant towards her nose. She had good breadth at her cheek bones tapering to a short blunt wedge. She had a level bite, I would prefer a stronger chin. In profile she had a gentle rounded forehead leading to a medium break and straight nose, just falling away a fraction at the tip. Her ears tilt forward. She had a slender balanced body with elegant foreign 3

bone structure, long plumed tail and slender legs and oval paws. She had an excellent coat for such a young girl. It was soft and silky flowing down to frills at her sides and she had breeches and a full ruff to frame her face, with perfect show preparation. The colour was medium pewter blue evenly intermingled with patches of medium cream. A really lovely girl. 3 rd MRS C & MISS L ROBERTSHAW CH SHADOWS COCOA (ASH b) F 9.3.14 A timid little girl just over 3 years who preferred to be under her blanket. She had medium well placed ears and when she relaxed, they were held well following the contours of her wedge. She had good width at the cheek bones and tapering gently to a short blunt wedge. She had large golden eyes fullness to the upper lid and fuller to the lower lid angled towards her nose. In profile she had a gentle rounding to her forehead leading to a distinct break at the nose bridge and she had a short straight nose to the tip with a level bite and firm chin. She had good depth to her skull. She had a slender body that could be a little larger but she was deceptively weighty when picked up. She had slender legs with a long tapering tail. Her coat was smooth and glossy with a distinct shine, lovely rich warm chestnut brown and almost sound to the roots. AV JUNIOR NEUTER 1 ST MRS J LAWRENCE LAWRENCO CPTMANNERING (ASH as 11 31) MN 5.7.15 An attractive boy with good type. He had medium ears wide at the base and following the line of his wedge. He had good width at the jaw line tapering to a short blunt wedge of good width. He had large expressive luminous green eyes etched with blue liner and angled towards his nose with a fuller lower lid and surrounded by pale spectacles. In profile he had a slight rounding to his forehead leading to a distinct break at the nose bridge and a short straight nose to the tip with good depth to his skull and chin. He had pencil lines to his cheeks and one complete necklace and several broken necklaces to his chest with some barring to his thighs and inside front legs. He had a graceful and elegant foreign bone structure, well muscled and a good weight standing on long slender legs and neat oval paws and a long tapering tail. His coat was soft and close lying with a satiny sheen medium blue grey, darker shading to his spinal line and paler to his sides. He had a super temperament. 2 ND MS COLE PR LAWRENCO STARGAZER ROCKET (ASH c 25) MN 5.7.15 Litter brother to Captmannering and another well grown boy. Medium ears spaced well apart and following the line of his wedge, and wide at the base with round tips. He had good breadth at the jaw tapering to a short blunt wedge. He had large green/yellow eyes with liner and spectacles fuller to lower lid and gently angled towards his nose. In profile he had a smooth gentle rounding to his forehead, falling to a medium break and a short straight nose to the tip and firm chin and level bite. He had pencil lines to his cheeks with one necklace to his chest & some barring to his thighs. His coat was soft and silky lying close to his body darker to his spinal line and even ticked pattern of dove grey agouti hairs. He had a balanced slender body with a long tapering tail and was supported by elegant long legs and neat oval paws. 3 rd MRS C DENSLOW CHINATREE PIPPIN PIE (ALH b 11 31) MN 16.7.15 A sweet natured young boy with large tufted ears set wide apart and with streamers, held in line with his wedge. He had large green/yellow eyes etched with liner and slight curve to top lid and fuller to the lower slanting towards his nose. In profile he had a gentle rounding to his forehead falling to a medium break and a straight nose to the tip that could be a fraction shorter for balance, with a firm chin and level bite. He had a balanced elegant medium foreign bone structure with a long plumed tail and standing on slender legs with oval tufted paws. His coat was fine and silky and well prepared for the show, some frills and breaches developing and milk chocolate shading, heavier to his spinal line and middle back and paler to his sides and shading to the top side of his tail. AV SENIOR NEUTER 1 ST MR & MRS T BEALE GR CH TEIGNAGE FEMME FATALE (ALH fs 11) FN 6.4.11 A mature girl in excellent condition.
