(3) Database of Powerpoint Breed Presentations Where is the best place to include on website? FASA asked if they had been approved by CCCA, It was explained that the actual presentations have not necessarily been approved, the idea of the presentations have been approved as they could provide a valuable resource that member bodies could use if they wanted when running judges courses. The list of presentations is currently under the CCCA Judges heading, it was agreed that this is appropriate. (4) Line Drawings Ongoing, Cheryle U Ren reported that CCCA can take down any relevant drawings on the CFA USA Judges training site. Chris Merritt is to down load the applicable drawings, and will report back on any that we need that are not on the site. Acknowledgement to be given to CFA USA for any drawings used. 7 REPORTS a. TREASURER The financial situation is not as big a concern as previously felt. CQI was thanked for the $980.07 received being half the profit from the 2014 National show. FASA also thanked for their donation of $1000 raised at a show, also for their decision not to take the seed fund for the 2016 National Show. NSWCFA was also thanked for not taking the seed fund for the 2015 National Show. A general discussion was held on the need to continue paying the Director s Insurance, it was agreed to take it to the November meeting. SECRETARY It has been a rather quiet since November, however CCCA requests are now starting to come in, unfortunately there are a number appearing on the old forms member bodies need to note that any invoices will be sent out with the new costings. I would like to thank those bodies that let me know who was attending this weekend, this is particularly important for catering purposes as Judy needs to let the kitchen know in advance how many to cater for, particularly those that have a specific diet. PRESIDENT In November it will be 10 years since being elected to the position, this is a long time and feel I am getting a bit stale, it has been an enjoyable time getting to know everyone, and also mostly the work. Whilst I am happy to continue I feel it may be time for new leadership to take CCCA into the future Motion: Accept the reports as given Moved CQI Seconded CCCT Geneeral Meeting May 2015 - Draft 2

Any cat declared UTH is suspended from the show bench for 3 months. If the cat is declared UTH again it will be permanently disqualified for life. At the November meeting 2014 it was agreed that the UTH rule is a minimum standard which individual member bodies may exceed However the National Show Rules for schedules state Any cat that aggressively attacks any person is marked UNABLE TO BE Geneeral Meeting May 2015 - Draft 3

11 12. a. (1) (2) HANDLED and is automatically disqualified permanently from any further parades, exhibitions or show venues. This contravenes the previously agreed UTH rule. The secretary suggested that this should be removed. An extensive discussion was held as to what it should be replaced with. Motion: that the wording of the second paragraph in the National Show Rules for Schedules relating to UTH should be replaced with: Any cat declared UTH is suspended from the show bench for 3 months.
