Page 3 Page 4 CONFORMATION SHOW INFORMATION Puppy Classes: 4-6 Month Male/Female; 6-9 Month Male/Female; 9-12 Month Male/Female Youth Classes: 12-18 Month Male/Female; 18-24 Month Male/Female Open Male/Female: For all Rottweilers 24 months and older without a Schutzhund or IPO title, a Championship or Sieger/Siegerin title. Need not be USRC registered to compete. Champion Male/Female For all Rottweilers 24 months and older that have earned an AKC, CKC, International FCI Championship and any champion of Record from a country whose Championship was awarded by an FCI recognized kennel club. Dogs entering the Champion class that are eligible to be awarded the USRC Sieger or Siegerin title must be USRC registered. Working Male/Female: For all Rottweilers 24 months and older with a USRC recognized SchH/VPG/IPO title who have not earned a USRC Sieger or Siegerin title. Must be USRC registered. Sieger/Siegerin Class: For all Rottweilers 24 months and older that have earned a Sieger or Siegerin title from a USRC National or Regional Show or have been awarded the USRC Universal Sieger or Siegerin title. Dogs eligible to enter the Sieger or Siegerin class may not enter the Open, Champion or Working class; however, the dog may enter the Veteran Class if the dog s age permits. Veteran Male/Female: For all Rottweilers 7 years or older on the day of the show. Veteran class entries are not eligible for titles and receive only critiques, no ratings or placements. Kennel Group: Entered by the Kennel owner. Three or more dogs bred by the Kennel Owner and registered with the Kennel Name of the entrant. The Kennel Owner need not be the registered owner of the dogs. All dogs must first be entered in the show's regular classes. Written critiques are not given. Brood Bitch: Entered by the owner of the brood bitch. The brood bitch and at least two of her produce must appear in the ring. The bitch must have a USRC recognized Breed Test and have been at least 24 months of age at the time of breeding. The class is to be evaluated on the merits of the produce. The owner of the brood bitch need not be the owner of the produce. The produce must first be entered in the show's regular classes. Written critiques are not given. Stud Dog: Entered by the owner of the stud dog. The stud dog and at least two of his get must appear in the ring. The dog must have a USRC recognized Breed Test and have been at least 24 months of age at the time of breeding. The class is to be evaluated on the merits of the get. The owner of the stud dog need not ADDITIONAL SHOW INFORMATION 1. Trophies will be awarded for 1st through 4th places 2. Copies of support documentation for all accomplishments and titles must be sent in with any entry for the Sieger, Champion or Working classes; original documents must be available for inspection at the show. 3. Once a dog is eligible for the Champion, Working or Sieger/Siegerin class, the dog may not enter the Open Class. When a dog is eligible for more than one class, the dog s owner determines the entry. 4. A valid Hip Certification, pass or fail is required on all dogs over the age of 30 months. 5. The USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears on the Registration Certificate. 6. TAILS: Dogs born after 6/1/1999 in countries with docking laws must be shown with natural tail. Docked dogs born prior to December 31, 2011 in countries where docking is permitted are eligible for registration, may participate in USRC events and may be bred provided that the dog and its littermates were docked within seven (7) days of birth. If a dog is presented at a show and has a tail, which has been cut in violation of these rules, the dog shall not be allowed to be shown. 7. No dog shall be permitted to enter any class with missing teeth. 8. The decision of the Körmeister is final. General Information 1. This is a German style conformation show. 2. Show will be held outdoors ~ rain or shine 3. Dogs are shown in a natural stance; no hand stacking is allowed. 4. Double handling is permitted; no food is allowed in the ring or outside the ring to bait dogs. 5. Adult classes will be moved (run) long enough for the judge to evaluate dogs movement and fitness. You may change handlers as needed dual handling is encouraged. 6. Dress is informal. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring comfortable chairs for ringside seating 7. No dogs allowed within 50 feet of the show ring except those that are being entered in a class that is being judged. Please do not bring dogs to the show grounds that are not entered in the event. 8. No dogs may be tied out at show site or ringside - NO ex-pens or cloth crates please. Please supply a secure wire or plastic crate for each dog. 9.. Dogs must be on lead AT ALL TIMES on the show grounds. NO exceptions. 10. All dogs on the show grounds must have proof of current vaccination to be be presented upon request! 11. Please do not bring sick or injured dogs to the show grounds. Any dog found to be ill or injured will be immediately excused from the show grounds. 12. Please use designated exercise and potty areas for your dog. Please clean up after your dog.

Copy of USRC Membership Card for both owner and handler. 2. Copy of USRC Registration for the dog being entered. 3. Copy of scorebook showing titles earned, scorebook number, and full name of dog. If the BH is earned after the close of entries, a copy of the scorebook showing the BH title must be presented to the BST secretary on the day of the Breed Test. 4. Copy of USRC recognized Hip Certification. All dogs must have their permanent identification indicated on their Hip Certification. 5. Copy of any prior BST attempts. 6. Copy of Weight Certificate dated within 30 days of the test date. 7. A copy of the USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears on the Registration Certificate. The following ORIGINAL documents must be submitted to the BST Secretary on the day of the Breed Test. Entry into the BST will not be accepted without presenting these originals prior to taking the test. 1. USRC Membership Card for both owner and handler. A copy of the Membership card will be accepted on the day of the show. This exception to the original document requirements applies to the membership cards only. 2. USRC Registration Certificate for the dog being entered. 3. Scorebook showing titles earned, (minimum BH) scorebook number and full name of dog. 4. USRC recognized Hip Certification. All dogs must have their permanent identification indicated on their Hip Certification. 5. Prior BST attempts. 6. Weight certificate dated within 30 days of the test date. 7. The USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears on the Registration Certificate. As a USRC member or as a non-member event participant I fully understand that the USRC is a hobby club made up of people interested in the rottweiler breed. I further understand that by their very nature, sporting activities involving dogs have a potentially increased risk of personal injury and property damage. Furthermore, when participating in USRC sanctioned events or utilizing the membership privileges extended to me by USRC, I do not expect to receive any type of financial gain either personal or business related from the outcome of events or from the issuing of titles by judges or from the issuance of USRC related paperwork and materials. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and have the opportunity to win prizes, ribbons or trophies, I (We) agree to hold the USRC, the host club, the members, directors, governors, agents, supervisors, volunteers, employees or judges, apprentice judges or individual judging this event free from liability and harmless from any claim, loss, injury or lawsuit as a result of any judging activities. I (We) agree that any cause of action, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the entry, exhibition, judging or attendance at the event between the USRC and the host club or as to the construction, interpretation and effect of this agreement shall be settled by arbitration pursuant to the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. However, as a precondition to arbitration all applicable USRC bylaws, rules and regulations and procedures must first be followed as set forth in the USRC bylaws, rules, regulations, published policies and guidelines. I (We) certify and represent that the dog entered is not hazard to persons or other dogs.
