COMPETITOR INFORMATION Rings will run concurrently: If the next ring is set up and the judge is ready, it will start before the other event ends. The course will be available to be walked for 15 minutes before an event starts. Call Stewards will call your number 3 times. If you have not reported within this time, you may be eliminated. If you are competing in obedience please advise the call steward. When your number has been called and you have reported to the call steward, please stay close by and be ready to enter the starting area when the previous competitor has entered the ring. Please wait until the scribe has finished writing up the previous competitor s time, then give your number and proceed to the start line. Check with judge before starting. Dogs must be on a lead at all times during the show. Dogs are only permitted to be off lead when warming up, toileting, or in the ring. Please put your dog straight back on the lead when you finish your run before you leave the fenced area. Please keep ring entrances and exits clear. Water tap is located by the clubhouse. Please pick up after your dogs, bins will be provided. Car parking is under the trees; please do not leave dogs tied up to cars. Prize giving will be held at the end of each day by the clubhouse. The usual fabulous CCOC catering will be available. Raffle tickets will be sold during the weekend. Enjoy the show!
