WC/WCI/WCX JUDGES Linda-Gail Bourgeois Shelly Blom 53 Westfield Trail, Oakville, ON L6H 6C5 39 June Ave, Guelph, ON N1H 1H5 The WC Rules state: It is the duty and obligation of the event giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at a hunt test held under these regulations is not subject to any indignities. The Test Committee Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a report indicating that this has occurred. ENTRY INFORMATION No entry will be accepted unless all particulars called for on the entry form are completed in full. Incomplete entries will be returned. No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by the Entry Fee. Telephone entries cannot be accepted, except in the event of a postal disruption. Exhibitors must abide by errors made in entering their dogs regardless of how or by whom the entries were made. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry subject to CKC rules. Any NSF cheques will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. Entry fee plus service charge for NSF cheques must be paid in cash prior to test. Non Member Participation Fee $57.60 +HST A non member participation fee will be charged to a resident of Canada who is a non-member of the CKC - Canadian Residents Only. The non member participation fee is paid in any year a title is earned and covers all titles and dogs owned by that individual. In order for the title to be awarded, the non member will have a choice to either become a CKC member or pay the non member participation fee. Failure to comply within 30 days of notification will result in the title being withheld and the dog cannot be moved up to the next level. ENTRY FEES Please use separate entry form for each test entered. WC/WCI $40.00 (Cdn.) WCX $45.00 (Cdn.) Listing Fee $ 9.40 (Cdn.) (Payable ONLY if no CKC registration number is available for the entered dog) Catalogue $2.00 (Can) Catalogue for WC/I/X is available on a PRE-ORDER basis. Those who wish to preorder at a price of $2.00 may do so by indicating on their entry form. Your catalogue will be waiting for you at the trial. Confirmation of receipt of entry will be sent by email. Running order will be pre-selected by a random draw. If a conflict arises, it is the responsibility of the Handler to clarify the conflict with the Marshall at each stake. Handlers may be required to handle a gun during the WCX Tests. Gun safety is considered part of the test. A running list will be available at the tests. Check in with the Test Secretary upon your arrival. Check in with the Marshall upon your arrival at your stake. Ducks will be used in all stakes, land and water. All handlers MUST wear dark or camouflage clothing. Bitches in season MAY NOT compete in the tests. Refunds will be given for bitches in season provided a veterinary statement has been given to the test secretary This is a limited entry. There are 20 spots for WC dogs, and 20 spots for WCI/WCX dogs. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Shotguns may not necessarily be used Please note the use of cell phones is prohibited in the vicinity of the tests. It is the responsibility of the Entrant/Handler to be familiar with the CKC Rules and Regulations for Working Certificate Tests.
