EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Admission - Adults - $8.00 Seniors - $5.00 Children - $2.00 Exhibitor Entrances - DOGS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE BUILDING THROUGH THE MAIN DOOR. Exhibitor Day Parking - All vehicle parking is on hard-top surface. Day Parking is free, one space per vehicle, for additional space there will be a charge! All parking is at your own risk. Show-giving clubs assume no responsibility or liability for damages or loss to any vehicle, its contents or dogs. Fire lanes must be kept open at all times and will be under constance survelliance. Unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Co-operation with all parking personnel including following instructions and directions is required. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of your parking privileges on the grounds for the shows. 6
Handicap Parking - Limited handicap parking will be available only upon proof of valid placard or license. These spaces will provide easy access to the building. Bulding Access Hours - Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 12:00 Noon. There will be security provided and the building will be locked at 11:00 P.M. and reopened at 6:00 A.M. each morning. Dogs must be removed by 7:00 P.M. Sunday, January 22, 2017. Unloading - Unloading will be allowed only in designated area. Allow enough time. *Private Exercise Pens are publicly used! Beware that any private exercise pens that are setup outside around and on the loading dock will be publicly used. Private exercise pens are to be kept clean at all times and are the responsibility of the person who set them up. Those private exercise pens that are not kept clean will be removed. Therefore, private exercise pens are not private. CANINE COURTESY All dogs shall be kept under control at all times! Please no flexi leads on show grounds or in the building. You are responsible for picking up after the animals in your care inside and outside the building and show areas. Please exercise dogs in designated areas only. All regulations will be enforced by the Grounds Committee. CRATING & GROOMING AREA Electrical outlets - First come, First Service. Electrical outlets inside building: Any exhibitor opening any unauthorized areas or electrical boxes a fine of $500.00 will be imposed. An area will be provided for crates and grooming. Please stack all your crates and no saving spaces. The grooming of dogs in areas other than the Crate or Grooming Section is prohibited. Soft crates are not permitted. Crates & Grooming Tables are permitted in designated areas only. No Crates or Grooming Tables in aisles or ringside. Private exercise pens will not be permitted in the building. Due to the number of crates and grooming tables, chairs will not be permitted in the crate/grooming/handlers' section. NO PRIVATE EXERCISE PENS OR LARGE RUGS ARE PERMITTED IN THE WILDWOOD CONVENTION CENTER. All trash and litter must be placed in containers provided. NO DOGS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE RESTROOMS. *Disposal of dog elimination & grooming residue (fur, etc.) in the restroom is PROHIBITED. Food for exhibitors and spectators will be available. Admission Each Day: Adults, $8.00; Seniors, $5.00; Children under 12 years $2.00. NOTICE: FOR SAFETY REASONS, NO BABY STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING. NO SMOKING IN BUILDING. No Alcoholic Beverages Permitted. RV Parking in designated areas only. Reservation required: $30.00 per night - pre-paid reserved, $35.00 per night - unreserved. Limited electricity available only through the Wildwood Convention Center, reservation required. Parents must be responsible for their children at all times. There will be $30.00 charge for checks not honored by payor's bank. No charge for general parking. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent on this show site. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.
