All exhibitors will be required to sign a release form regarding their birds health before their fowl will be allowed into the building. 1. Before entering, refer to General Information and Rules and Regulations. 2. Cage fee per single entry is $1 and per trio is $2, non-refundable and due with entry fee. Shavings will be available to purchase at the Fair Office or you may bring your own. All livestock exhibitors will be subject to a $5 bedding fee, which includes one bag of shavings. Exhibitors will receive a five-day pass to care for their exhibits. 3. Animals to arrive on grounds Mon., Aug. 20, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Birds released Sun., Aug. 26, from 8 to 10 a.m. Not responsible for birds left after 10 a.m. 4. LIMIT: Poultry and fowl, two per class, per variety. Limit of 20 birds combined total. 4-H and FFA given priority. Open Class accepted on first-come, first-serve basis until barn is full. Barn limit is 700. 5. Judging time to be announced later. 6. All birds will be judged by A.P.A. standards. 7. All exhibitors will be required to check and care for their own animals at least twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Exhibitors not caring for their animals will have their animals removed from the Fair and all award money will be forfeited. Exhibitors are encouraged to check on their animals periodically throughout the day. 8. List each single bird and/or trio separately by variety, breed, age and sex.
