Finding Them Homes-James Bay Pawsitive Rescue wants to ensure that prospective owners are fully aware and capable of fulfilling the requirements to properly care for the dogs they provide at no cost. In turn, prospective owners need to demonstrate that they are willing and able to meet these requirements.
