2017 National Mini Lop Show Boone County Fairgrounds Belvidere, IL Official Show Rules 1. This show will be governed by the latest revised rules of ARBA. Submission of entry indicates acceptance of ARBA show rules and those rules listed below, and will be referred to as National Mini Lop Show (NMLS). 2. The American Mini Lop Rabbit Club will not be responsible for loss in case of fire, theft, or potential weather related destruction. However, every precaution will be taken to minimize or prevent such loss. 3. The NMLS is a pre-entry show. All pre-entries must be made by regular mail; no email entries accepted. There will be no entries accepted on Saturday, May 20. All entries for NMLS on Saturday, May 20 will be $6.00 per animal. Entries for fur will be $3.00 per animal. Animals entered in fur must also be entered in the NMLS show. All entries must have ear numbers included on the entry form. 4. Standard ARBA remark cards will be used for the NMLS on Saturday. Remark cards will be generated by the AMLRC from information provided on submitted pre-entry forms. 5. Mail all rabbit entries ($6 each rabbit / $3 each for fur) and banquet ticket payments ($18.00 per adult - $9.00 children 8 and under) to: Judy Todd 1617 Douglas Land Lebanon IN 46052 Attn: Mini Lop Entries 6. All entries for the Saturday NMLS and banquet reservations are to be postmarked on or before May 6, 2017. Entry not designated Youth will automatically be entered in Open. 7. A good check or money order must accompany your entry in order to be accepted. (There will be a $25.00 service fee charged on all returned checks). Make all checks payable to the American Mini Lop Rabbit Club (AMLRC). The American Mini Lop Rabbit Club reserves the right to reject ANY entry for due cause. 8. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly earmarked. 9. If you are entering the NMLS, cooping is included with your NMLS entry for those animals entered in the NMLS. 10. All pre-entries are to be filled out completely and legibly, including ear number. Animals may be substituted (same class only) at time of entry with no extra charge. Entry forms will be provided by the American Mini Lop Rabbit Club in the Gazette and on the club website www.amlrc.com. 11. Check in will begin at 2 pm on Friday, May 19, 2017 and the doors will close promptly at 10 p.m. on Friday evening. No check in will be taken after 10 pm CST on May 19, 2017. No animals accepted for check in on Saturday morning prior to the NMLS. No exceptions!!! 12. All entered animals must have coop number placed in right ear before showing.

13. Exhibitors must provide their own feed and water containers. An equipment supplier may be available on Saturday in the showroom. Blaine s Farm & Fleet store and Wal-Mart are very close to the show room for other supplies as needed. 14. Only animals entered in the NMLS will be allowed cooping in the NMLS area for the weekend. 15. Fur class entries must be entered in the NMLS show and fur entries are to be noted as such on the entry sheet. 16. The American Mini Lop Rabbit Club reserves the right to substitute, add, or remove judges as deemed necessary. 17. The class auction for Open will begin at approximately 8:40 AM on Saturday May 20, 2017, with the NMLS to begin as close to 9 a.m. as possible. 18. Sunday s Winn-Forest all-breed show will include Mini Lops as a starting breed. All rabbits from the NMLS must be removed from the coops and put into travel cages before the all-breed show on Sunday to facilitate teardown of coops to make room for the all-breed exhibitors. 19. No breeding will be allowed in the showroom except by permission of both owners and the show superintendent. 20. Any/all animals exhibiting signs of sickness will be removed from the showroom, or otherwise isolated at the show official s discretion. 21 Breed auction animals will be available for review within 45 minutes after all Saturday shows are complete, including fur judging. The auction will be conducted in accordance to AMLRC directives for eligibility. To sign up to sell an animal on the breed auction, you can notify us at registration. You may also notify the Show Superintendent or Show Secretary that you want to put a rabbit on the breed auction. Auction will begin when auctioneer feels all animals presented have been adequately reviewed by all interested party/parties. 22 All information posted in show room will take precedence over published information. 23. Due to the nature of presenting animals for judging by call (running), adults may handle youth animals on and off table(s) for NMLS only. 24. If deemed necessary, the American Mini Lop Rabbit Club reserves the right to ask for proof of ownership for animals entered. 25. Animals are released 8 a.m. Sunday for anyone desiring to leave. 26. Parents will be held accountable and responsible for the action(s) of their child/children. No running is allowed in show room. 27. To help ensure a positive weekend for all exhibitors, should there be evidence of any un-necessary behavior in the show room, Friday through Sunday, those involved will immediately be asked to pack their rabbits and exit the show room. This will include the forfeiture of entry fees, AMLRC points for the show, and show awards. 2017 ARBA Convention Indianapolis IN October 1 5, 2017 All entries for the Saturday NMLS and banquet reservations are to be postmarked on or before May 6, 2017.

We hope to see you there! Dinner menu includes: salad, bread, three pasta dishes, pizza, soda, and Spumoni ice cream for dessert. A full bar is available at the expense of the attendee. Banquet reservations must be made on your NMLS entry form and paid with your entry.
