Rules All birds must be the property of the exhibitor Juniors can enter either the Junior or Open section but not both Juniors are to enter with a J in from of the class number e.g. J45 No eggs are to be removed from any cage except by the stewards who will mark cage no. on them and they will be available for collection at the end of the day from Chief Steward. Anyone entering the Backyard Variety cannot enter the other sections Backyard Variety sections are not eligible for Bird of Show or Reserve Bird of Show and must pen their own birds. Juniors cannot show the same breed as their parents Juniors must be able to pen and unpen their birds with little assistance (Parents are not to pen birds for their children) Juniors are to be 16 and under All birds are to be free of illness and parasites. Any bird found to be ill or have parasites will be removed from the pavilion and will be disqualified No marking of cages Judges decision is final Penning will be available from 7.30 am on Saturday 17 th March 2018 and unpenning will be at approximately 4pm There will be car parking available in the showgrounds for exhibitors Please bring water containers for your birds to drink from.
