POULTRY CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:- 1. Entry form must be accompanied by fees and forwarded to the Chief Steward. 2. Final entries close Friday 29 th June 2018, however if pens fill early, no other entries can be accepted. 3. Entrants are NOT entitled to free admission to the show. 4. Fee to enter is $1.00 per entry. 5. Junior entry fee is $0.50 cents 6. Birds must be penned by 8.45 on the morning of the show. 7. Judging commences 9am sharp. 8. The judge s decision will be final. Owners names will appear on award cards and not on cages. 9. The judge reserves the right not to award a prize if in his/her opinion the exhibit is not worthy of a prize. 10. The Chief Steward is empowered to place an entry in its correct class if it wrongly entered. 11. No birds are to be removed from the poultry pavilion, without the consent of the Chief Steward, before 3pm Saturday. 12. All care will be taken by stewards for the safety of the birds, however stewards will not take responsibility for theft, death or any other cause. 13. No sick, diseased or parasite infested birds will be accepted into the show. An Animal Health Declaration must be handed to Chief Steward on arrival at Show. 14. First prize $2, second prize $1 will be awarded if there are three or more birds in a class. If less than three, only first prize will be awarded.
