Entries CLOSE at 6:00 pm on Wednesday May 30, 2018 After which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying To Dog Shows or Chapter 1, Section 16 of the Obedience Regulations. ATTENTION, EXHIBITORS CRATING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED! Crating will be permitted in designated crating area only. PLEASE STACK CRATES WHENEVER POSSIBLE EX-PENS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED All dogs must remain on a leash or crated unless showing in the ring. No un-entered dogs permitted without prior approval- submit request to secretary. The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 7:30 am Saturday. Dogs must be removed from the building immediately following High in Trial or immediately following the close of the show on Sunday June 17, 2018. There will be no food available on site however many fast food restaurants are close by. A recording fee of 50 cents will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show. There will be a $3.00 event service fee for the first entry of a dog and a $3.00 service fee for each additional entry of the same dog. This recording fee is to be collected by the show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (Chapter 11, Sect 2). These fees are included in the entry fee. CANADIAN EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT ENTRIES WITH CHECKS DRAWN ON U.S. ACCOUNTS OR WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN U.S. FUNDS. RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. Fees must be paid in guaranteed funds. There will be no refund for duplicate entries. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs allowed in rings during scheduled judging only. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Trial Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. OWNERS OR AGENTS ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRESENCE OF THEIR DOGS IN THE JUDGING RINGS. The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All trophies must be claimed on the day of the show. None will be mailed. Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or banned from competition by action of the Show Committee. Refund of entry fees for bitches that come in season after the closing date of this show may be obtained by sending a veterinarian s certificate to the Trial Secretary. This certificate must be postmarked before the opening day of the show or given to the Trial Secretary before the start of the show. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riot, civil disturbance, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strike or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Trial Secretary. The Show giving Club, the Trial Secretary, their agents, employees, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injuries to children. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signatures. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to the close of entries. Those received by phone are not acceptable. Move-ups will be allowed until 30 minutes prior to start of trial. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. Must be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs on the motel and trial grounds. Motels require that dogs be crated when unattended. Any damages to motels or the trial site can result in disciplinary action by the Event Committee. It is expected that exhibitors will clean up immediately after their own dogs and strongly encourage others to do the same.
All owners/exhibitors should be aware that the entire motel grounds are considered within the trial grounds. You will be responsible for all damage to your room and may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the rules of the AKC. Any abuse of the grounds will be brought to the attention of the trial-giving club and its Event Committee. Any exhibitor s entries may be refused for previous misuse of the motel facilities. This is an AKC supported measure. RENT A RING!! 10:00 minutes for $10.00 First come, first served. You may share you ring with another person. Exhibitors is responsible for setting jump heights etc. Club will provide a volunteer to monitor timer. Friday 4:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday 30 mins after the conclusion of judging until 6:30 p.m.
