CONFORMATION: REGIONAL JUDGES: Darle M. Heck.85067 169 Ave W Foothills, Alberta T1S 0Z8 My parents raised and showed Scotties so I started as a child. Our dogs have been part of many breeders programs in Canada, the USA and around the world. We have bred Specialty and Best in Show winning dogs including National Specialty winners in all three breeds in Canada, the US and other countries where we have placed dogs. In 1968 the Gray's and I brought in three Bouviers' from Madrone Ledge kennels. These were some of the earliest Bouviers in Canada and were prominent in early Canadian pedigrees. Show/Exhibiting Experience: Until I began judging in 1999, I was an owner handler who showed in Canada and the US to Best in Show and specialty wins. Judging Experience: I have judged multiple terrier specialties in Canada and the US including the US Scottish Terrier National. I have judged All-Breed shows in Canada and the US. Other Experience/Qualifications: I have groomed wire coated breeds since I was a child and at one time or another have groomed most of the wire coated breeds for show. I have given grooming seminars in Canada and the US. I am an illustrator and have illustrated visualizations for various breed clubs in Canada and the US. I have always appreciated the Bulldog breed and am looking forward to this opportunity. SWEEPSTAKES: Jay Serion..Washington, USA 2018 was my 20th year in Bulldogs! What a fun journey it has been. Over the years, I have bred 15+ American Champions and a couple of Canadian Champions as well. As a professional handler, I have finished probably 200 or more Bulldog Champions and have had the good fortune to have piloted the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2018 Number One Bulldogs in the United States. In that same process, I have been lucky to have won 3 National Specialties, 30+ All-Breed Bests in Show, close to 100 Group Firsts and close to 70 Bests In Specialty Show. Thank you for considering me as your Sweeps judge! Being still a Canadian, this is an honor. JUNIOR HANDLING: Jay Serion...Washington, USA

NATIONAL JUDGES: CONFORMATION: Anneke Van Der Wijst... Luikersteenweg 471 3920 Lommel BE Anneke has bred multiple Grand Champion and World Champion bulldogs, Dogs of the Year, and took the lead in dozens of dog shows all around the world. Of The Tivoli Bulls was created by her husband and herself and they have been breeding for over 27 years, giving birth to almost 150 litters. As a true animal lover, she likes all kind of puppies but Bulldog puppies are so special to her. A bulldog is funny and a true character dog, who easily steals somebody s heart, and that s what happened to her! She started showing her Bulldogs 26 years ago. She bred her first litter as a challenge to see if she could do it. Bulldogs are not easy to breed and raise and if something is not easy, she s in! 27 years later she s still doing it: owning, breeding, showing and now also judging her beloved breed. As somebody recently said to her you are a real Bulldog-lady. SWEEPSTAKES: Christine Pelzer.....Fitch Bay, QC My interest in bulldogs started in 1995 when my husband surprised our daughter with a lovely bulldog puppy called Nouga. Shortly after, Nouga was back with us and while waiting at the veterinarian for her shots, someone (who became a dear friend) asked me whether we intended to show this pretty girl The bewildered answer was no not really... A few months later, Nouga was our 1st CKC champion and became the foundation bitch that gave us our first home-bred champions. The rest is the story of a great passion that resulted in 15 litters, 28 CKC champions, 3 Bulldog Club of Central Canada Best in Specialty, 3 Am GChs, one International Multi- Champion (FCI) with 10 BIS wins and 2 BCA Hall of Fame inductees: GCh Delenclos Bonnie Love, as brood bitch, and GCh Delenclos Cherokee Milton as stud Dog, having sired more than 10 AKC champions and a few BISS. Knut and I are thankful to our mentors Rita Nadeau back in the nineties and more recently to Connie Chambers and Cody Sickle who graciously help us in our breeding efforts. From 2012 to 2016, I served as Director East for the Bulldog Club of Central Canada. Locally, I have been on the Board of the St Francis Kennel and Obedience Club since 2013, serving as President in 2015-2016, and judging matches and junior handling occasionally. This Club will host a Bulldog Club of Canada Regional Specialty in June 2019. I am honored to have been asked to judge Sweeps at the Bulldog Club of Canada National Specialty 2019. It is a privilege I am very grateful for, looking forward to the fantastic dogs and wonderful people in beautiful British Columbia. Best of luck to everyone! JUNIOR HANDLING: Anneke Van Der Wijst...
