Once the limit has been reached in either of these classes the RAE class will be considered closed, and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. The team entry may include up to five (5) dogs. Each dog on a team must submit an entry form. The entry fee is $40 for the team. No 2 nd entry discount applies. The CLUB AND ITS SHOW SECRETARY ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry form by the owner or agent of the owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner s agent entering a dog more than once or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to compete. FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRIES. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, or lame or excused by veterinarian or judges, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee, or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it is incorrectly entered. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the Trial giving Club, it is impossible to open or complete the Trial, no refund of entry fees will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, judges, exhibitors and spectators. The wellbeing of dogs and participants is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. BITCHES IN SEASON Entry fees less any AKC fees will be refunded for a bitch that comes into season after the closing date, provided that a written request is submitted on or before the start of judging and it is accompanied by a licensed veterinarian s written certification that the bitch is in season.

Consult the judging program for the time of judging. All dogs must arrive by the scheduled time of judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agents are solely responsible for the timely presence of their dogs in the judging ring. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE! Use designated areas for exercising your dog and clean up afterwards! Dog means either sex. No space is provided for dogs which are not entered at these trials. All exhibitors must leave the premises by close of trials. Crates and chairs: There is very limited crating space available. Please be prepared to crate outside in your car. No strollers or playpens allowed inside the building. Equipment furnished by Silver City Training Center. Handbills, circulars or any other printed material may be distributed only upon permission of Trial Chairperson or Owner of Silver City Training Center. No flexi-leads will be allowed inside the building. Dogs may not be left unattended in cars overnight. Dogs may not be left in closed vehicles. If a dog is in distress, we will take appropriate action. There will be no professional photos or videotaping without permission of the trial chairperson. A qualifying score is required for all awards and ribbon prizes in Regular and Optional Titling Classes. Prizes must be claimed on the day of the trial. Prizes not claimed become the property of GDCNE.
