Entries Close: 6 p.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2018, after which time entries cannot be accepted or submitted. All entries are to be mailed to Linda Wood, 940 Blue Ridge Way, Davie, Fl 33325. Make checks payable to DOCOH. Entries without fees, incomplete entries or entries with errors will not be accepted. Electronic, telephone, or unsigned entries CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Entries not on official AKC entry forms and photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side are not acceptable. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Overnight and registered deliveries must be sent with no signature required at delivery. Acknowledgment of entries will be made as soon as possible. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that: a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee; or, the Trials cannot be held or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, flood, disaster, Act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes, or any other case beyond the control of DOCOH. Unentered dogs are not allowed on the show grounds. One half of the entry fee will be refunded, upon written request to the Trial Secretary, for a bitch coming into season after the closing of entries for this Trial. Effective January 1, 2008, Event Service Fee for all events is to be $3.00 for the first entry of each dog. There will be an Event Service Fee of $3.00 for each additional entry of the same dog as well as the AKC Recording fee of $.50. RALLY: An AKC recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. If a dog is entered in more that one class in a Rally event, the AKC Recording Fee is to be collected on each of the entries of that dog. (AKC Rally Regulations, Chapter 1, Section 3). These fees are to be collected by the trial giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the trial, the recording fee is paid on the first entry only (AKC Regulations, Chapter 11, Section 2). Bench Show Committee will convene as a result of any damage to hotel, motel, show grounds or to the premises or on complaints of abusiveness to judges, stewards, workers or dogs. All exhibitors are kindly requested to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and the grounds in order that we may continue to utilize this site. We further request that you make the same effort for us at any hotel or motel you may be using.
