Bright Day Calendars must receive written notice of any ownership or address change 30 days prior to the change becoming effective. Orders on past due accounts are subject to cancellation. Ordering Requirements $250 minimum order Orders less than $500 must be paid in full with a credit card. Shipping Changes and cancellations to orders must be made no later than 15 business days prior to requested ship date. Backorders priced under $50 will be cancelled. A call will not be offered prior to shipping. All orders will incur a handling fee Claims All claims for discrepancies must be reported within 21 days or receipt of shipment. No action will be taken if not reported in the above stated period. Damages UPS, FEDEX an Common Carrier note damages upon delivery. Original box, packaging material, and tracking labels must be saved in case of inspection by carrier. Call the carrier to report the damage and receive claim instructions.
