Cavaliers of the South 11/12/2017, York, Pennsylvania Jacqueline Stacy, USA I would like to thank the Cavaliers of the South for selecting me to judge your wonderful dogs. I have always enjoyed judging the Club shows and do appreciate all that you breeders have done and continue to do helping to improve the quality and health of the Cavalier. I am honored. Thank you, Jackie JUNIOR PUPPY DOG (4) 1. KELLENE WHEN IRISH EYES ARE SMILING (Carter) Lovely Ruby puppy with large round dark eyes. Head proportionate to his size. Moderate bone. Good cushioning under the eyes. Muzzle full somewhat tapered. A promising boy. 2. ISLEPOSEA WALK ON FERRY (Hoehn) This Blenhiem challenged the Ruby. He is well balanced and moves effortlessly in a circle. In beautiful condition. I would like to see a larger eye without white surrounding the eye. 3. BLUEDAY JELLYMAN KELLY (Gross/Gross) Black-and-tan shows good promise. Has an excellent ear set, high enough when alert to frame the face. In motion he lowered himself at the shoulder. A larger eye is preferred. BEST BLACK-AND-TAN DOG 4. SHERAH LORD OF THE DANCE (Crommett/Corl) Tricolor dog, though less mature than his competition carries a good strong topline and has proper carriage in motion. SENIOR PUPPY DOG (2) 1. TRULUV SWAGGER (Nikaci) This rather mature Blenheim boy has an excellent head and expression; moderate proper bone and balanced front to rear. He carries himself well and has an acceptable tail carriage. BEST PUPPY IN SHOW, BEST PUPPY DOG

2. NEBYULA DO YOU BELIEVE IN MAGIC (Birbeck/Birbeck) Blenheim, this very nice youngster is a bit slight in bone and shows white around the eye; when confident will be competitive. GRADUATE PUPPY DOG (5) 1. FOXWYN LOOK NO FURTHER (Baker-Fox) This Blenheim dog is up to size and a bit larger than I prefer. With his proper substance, bone, carriage and condition he could not be denied. 2. DARANE HAPPY SONG (Markijohn/Kates) This black-and-tan dog is good on his legs, in lovely condition, tail carriage is higher than ideal. 3. DREAMVALE DEVIL WITHOUT A CAUSE (Perini/Sage) This Blenheim has many good qualities, and has very good bone and substance, but he s a bit too short in the back. His head is a bit heavy, which takes away from the sweet expression so desired. 4. CHADWICK CODE BLACK (McCarty/Eckersley) No report. NOVICE DOG (4) 1. CHEWCREEK UP IN SMOKE (DePhillip) This ruby dog has proper balance, bone, tail carriage. With a fuller muzzle, his head would be more attractive. 2. RIVERVIEW TICKET TO RIDE (Mulligan) This Blenheim is shown in a baby puppy coat; shows lots of promise; well made with excellent hind quarter; head not mature enough to evaluate. 3. CRISTAL S TROOPER ANGEL (Solino) This properly broken and marked Blenheim is very attractive but needs more bone and substance. 4. WELMFORTH TUCKERED OUT (Lasser) Blenheim, heavily marked; proper conformation and good on the go; unfortunately, tail carriage was far too high, taking away from the overall balance. BRED BY EXHIBITOR (2) 1. CH ALMEARA EXTRA EXTRAORDINARY, JW (Whitmire) Beautiful moderate sized Blenheim with excellent topline and tail carriage.

2. CH FORESTCREEK DOUBLE O SEVEN, JW (Cline) Very nice Blenheim dog; with proper substance and bone; carries his tail a bit; top of skull is level, round full beautiful eye, yet expression off a bit; perhaps because of the excessive amount of white on the head. JUNIOR AMERICAN BRED (3) 1. CHADWICK TELLTALE AUTHOR, JW (Eckersley) Blenheim with good bone and balance, carrying tail nearly perfect; head would be more pleasing with a longer muzzle. Color should be more broken. 2. ALMEARA I BELIEVE (Parente) Also a very nice Blenheim with similar good qualities, except for coat texture and top skull which is a bit round. Needs more bone and substance. 3. KELLENE HIT THE ROAD JACK (Marshall) No report. AMERICAN BRED DOG (7) 1. TRULUV PRINCE CHARMING (Nikaci) Blenheim, well balanced with good bone and substance. Carries tail right off his back. To be rewarded easily. RESERVE BEST IN SHOW, RESERVE WINNERS DOG 2. NIGHTINGALE RIPTIDE (Mulligan) Blenheim, very good on his legs; a bit longer in body. Needs a large lustrous eye for the ideal expression 3. BLUEDAY MR WONDERFUL (Gross/Gross) Blenheim. A very nice dog with lovely eyes and foreface, framed by excellent ears set properly to frame the face. Needs more bone and a stronger rear. 4. OGGBRAE DON GIOVANNI (Bales/Bales) Blenheim, nice dog, good on his legs; would be more competitive with a better coat texture and tail set and carriage. SPECIAL LIMIT BLENHEIM DOG (5) 1. KBPRIDE SCOTTISH WARRIORS THE LION MUFASA (Reardon) This dog is shown in great condition. He carries good bone and substance and carries his tail the best in this class. Has good ear set, balanced head, needs his more substance, higher tail carriage than ideal.

2. MARILEE RAY NITSCHKE (Junk/Collins) He has a proper ear set on a well balanced head. Needs more substance and a better hindquarter and tail carriage. 3. HIDDENCREEK ONE SHOT OF PATRON (Weinstein/Green) This very pretty dog may be more competitive with his color more broken up, and showing less white in the eye. 4. BRAEMARRA RUBEN (Gentil) Good balance, leg length to height at withers, Falls off at the croup thus tail too high. OPEN DOG (8) 1. CH BROOKHAVEN HERE COMES HOGAN, JW (Ayers/Martz/Green) Beautiful condition, gorgeous chestnut color in excellent coat. A lovely example of what the Cavalier should look like. Shows to perfection. Easy to reward one who presents with so much Breed type. BEST IN SHOW, WINNERS DOG, BEST BRED BY EXHIBITOR IN SHOW, BEST BRED BY EXHIBITOR DOG, BEST AMERICAN BRED IN SHOW, BEST AMERICAN BRED DOG, BEST BLENHEIM IN SHOW, BEST BLENHEIM DOG 2. CH CHADWWICK JET SETTER AT HUDSONVIEW, JW (Glynn/Glynn) Also a very nice dog with a beautifully balanced head; muzzle to skull and finish. Nice large eyes. Carriage was good. I found his color distracting with such light furnishings contrasting with such deep chestnut on his body. 3. CH DREAMVALE MOTLEY CRUE, JW (Sage/Colbert) Proper head with excellent eye shape and color. Needs substance. 4. CH FOXWYN COOL WATER (Norton/Baker-Fox) A very nice smaller dog who uses his legs well. Needs more bone. SENIOR OPEN DOG (1) 1. STELLAR FIREBALL (Knauss/Gregg) Beautiful ruby dog with wonderful breed type. Proper proportion of muzzle to skull, full round eyes, great bone & substance. Amazed he looked this good at age 13. BEST RUBY IN SHOW, BEST RUBY DOG JUNIOR PUPPY BITCH (5) 1. CHADWICK SAY YES TO THE DRESS (Eckersley) Blenheim with a beautiful head & expression. Proper ear set eyes, good bone. A bit long in back.

2. CHADWICK RIOTOUS (Eckersley) Tricolor, not quite confident, very good on her legs, needs stronger muzzle. 3. AUTUMNHILL SCANDAL (Parente) Black-and-Tan, beautiful face, a bit low in shoulder and a bit long. 4. CHEWCREEK WINNER TAKES IT ALL (DePhillip) Refined with pretty head and eye, lovely carriage. Needs substance. SENIOR PUPPY BITCH (3) 1. BONITOS COMPANEROS XAVIERA OF WELMFORTH (Lasser) Blenheim with gorgeous feminine head, length of muzzle/skull, very good, good proportion tail straight off back. RESERVE WINNERS BITCH 2. CHADWICK IN MY OPINION (Eckersley) Less mature than 1 st, shows a bit of white around eye, could have longer and wider foreface and carries her tail higher than #1. 3. BROOKHAVEN I BELIEVE (Ayers/Martz) Ruby with good potential, a bit worried, just not ready yet. GRADUATE PUPPY BITCH (2) 1. DREAMVALE BAWITDABA (Sage/Colbert) Blenheim, a sporty little girl with great balance and carriage, uses legs very well, carries nice topline, could have more fill under the eye and coat color more broken. 2. LINRICA ROSE PETALS (Liu) Blenheim, rather chubby. As a result has a rolling topline and apparent fall off at the croup, likely due to her excess weight. NOVICE BITCH (3) weakest class 1. NIGHTINGALE SUNNYSIDE UP (Mulligan) This Blenheim was the best balanced standing and on the go. Distracting markings, needs bone. 2. NORTH POINTE MAKE MUSIC (Mitchum) Blenheim. This bitch has pretty eyes and the proper amount of bone. She is quite overweight making it difficult to evaluate her soundness.

3. KELLENE ROAD TO RIO (Marshall) Tricolor. Adorable, rounded in skull, toy looking, short on leg. BRED BY EXHIBITOR BITCH (1) 1. SHERAH OOPS A DAISY (Crommett) Very feminine face, too much white around eyes, needs flatter skull, lacking coat and substance. JUNIOR AMERICAN BRED BITCH (5) 1. PARLETT PINKY PROMISE (Williams/Williams) Blenheim, beautiful type, ideal bone and substance, lovely size, happy on the go, feminine. 2. BROOKHAVEN SPEND A PENNY (Ayers/Martz) Blenheim, uses legs well, good eyes, topline breaks on the go. 3. CHADWICK SECRET CODE (Eckersley) Blenheim, nice, really good bone and substance, a bit heavy in head. 4. FOXWYN CHARMED IM SURE (Baker-Fox) Blenheim, very nice, rewarded for perfect tail set and carriage AMERICAN BRED BITCH (7) 1. CHADWICK OH LA LA, JW (Greak/Comer/Eckersley) Rather heavy marked, with proper bone and substance, pleasing head and expression, nice size. 2. BLUEGARDEN AUSSIE GIRL OF CHADWICK (Eckersley) This bitch challenged the winner of this class, had she had a better croup and tail carriage, she could have gone further. 3. BLUEDAY HERE COMES TROUBLE (Gross/Gross) This, too, is a nice bitch, good substance and bone, nice expression, topline breaks on the go. 4. DARANE TRUE COLORS (Kates) This black-and-tan may be the better of these girls when she matures. Though a bit long in body today, with maturity and rib spring added to her well made front and rear, she could be a comer.

SPECIAL LIMIT BLENHEIM BITCH (5) 1. BONITOS COMPANEOS JOSEPHINE OF WELMFORTH (Lasser) Nice example of breed type. Lovely size, nice head. Acceptable tail carriage, proper balance and bone. Needs to be in better condition to be a big winner. 2. BROOKHAVEN SUZIE Q (Ayers/Martz) Good bone and substance, but soft in topline and quite straight in hindquarter. 3. KENJOCKETY BELLA (Weber) Immature coat, needs training and better handling. 4. CHANTISMERE CARRIEANNA (Tibbetts) Beautifully presented in lovely condition. If her head were balanced in size with her body, she could have won this class. SPECIAL LIMIT TRICOLOR BITCH (1) 1. KELLENE LADY OF THE LAKE (Marshall) Good size, perfectly sound on her legs, good use of tail, nice head and ear placement. needs a bit more bone. SPECIAL LIMIT RUBY BITCH (1) 1. CARLEN NUTIN BUT TROUBLE FERGIE (Close) Lovely coat and texture, good bone, beautiful ear placement, muzzle needs more width; tail carriage too high. SPECIAL LIMIT BLACK-AND-TAN BITCH (3) 1. ROSEARBOR BIJOU (Eckersley) Best overall balanced in this class, pretty eyes, good bone, a bit long bodied, won the class on her eyes. BEST BLACK-AND-TAN IN SHOW, BEST BLACK-AND-TAN BITCH 2. CARLEN FIRST PICT SANGIOVESE (Close) A rather doggy girl, needs more width in foreface, and more coat. 3. KELLENE QUEEN BEE (Marshall) Very appealing needs more bone, and confidence.

OPEN BITCH (5) 1. CH CHADWICK SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY, JW (Eckersley) Best Overall Balance In Breed Type And Movement. Excellent Coat In Great Condition. Ear Set Could Be Slightly Higher And Show Less White Around The Eye. WINNERS BITCH, BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX, BEST BRED BY EXHIBITOR BITCH, BEST AMERICAN BRED BITCH, BEST BLENHEIM BITCH 2. CH BROOKHAVEN SIMPLY SOUTHERN AT BEARIVER (Toepfer/Martz) Pushes #1, But With Her Front Assembly A Bit Forward, Her Neck Appears Short. Carries Her Tail High. 3. FOXWYN A LIKELY STORY (Baker-Fox/Greak/Comer) Rather Heavily Blanketed Blenheim, Lovely Way About Her, Sound Down & Back. 4. CH TASSAJARA FORESTCREEK CRISTAL (Cline) Pretty Head And Expression, Lovely Ear Set And Placement, Good Color, Good Bone. Just Not Ready Today Because Of Lack Of Coat. SENIOR OPEN BITCH (4) 1. CH CHESHAM A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME, JW (Taub/Eckersley) Wonderful, really sound, beautiful head and eye. 2. CH DARANE RED SONJA, JW (Kates) Ruby, beautiful eyes, needs wider muzzle, great coat texture. BEST RUBY BITCH 3. DREAMVALE HANDS DOWN (Sage/Colbert) Larger bitch, eyes a bit prominent, good bone. 4. NIGHTINGALE KISMET AT KYNESLANE, JW (Paplauckas) Darling chubby, chubby girl, ear placement acceptable, topline acceptable due to her weight, tail carriage acceptable. VETERAN DOG (3) 1. KARVALE BROOKHAVEN FINN (Utych/Utych) Blenheim, still good on legs coat and condition. BEST VETERAN DOG 2. STELLAR FIREBALL (Knauss/Gregg) Best Ruby and Best Veteran

3. NIGHTINGALE STARSTRUCK (Paplauckas) Coat not optimum, excellent quality. VETERAN BITCH (2) 1. SHEEBA DISCOVER BETTY BOOP (Gross/Gross) Blenheim in great coat, carries good topline, good bone and substance. BEST VETERAN IN SHOW, BEST VETERAN BITCH 2. CH DARANE RED SONJA, JW (Kates) See Senior Open Bitch
