If any dog injures a sheep, the owner will be responsible for such damage. Registration documents and transfer forms must be handed to the auctioneers prior to the sale or dogs will be sold as unregistered. At the fall of the hammer the vendor will hand over the dog to the purchaser who will then be responsible for it.
