Reminder to Competitors Dogs must remain on leash and under control at all times when not competing or warming up, except in specific off-leash areas at the trial site that will be marked. If you are running multiple dogs you will be in one group with all your dogs for both the regional event and Steeplechase events. Breakaway tires and rubberized contacts will be used in all rings All obstacles conform to current AAC specifications. Electronic timing will be used for all events. All rings are 100 by 100 Large area designated for personal shade tenting will be assigned and pre-booked. A large day tenting area by Rings 2 & 3 will be provided. Jumps will be available in designated area for the purpose of warm ups only. Dogs must be exercised in designated areas only. You must pick up after your dogs on the show grounds, at your hotel and everywhere while in the area for your Championships. Anyone found not picking up will be excused from the trial site with no refund. Competitors shall have the right to videotape portions of this event for their personal use only. No portion of this event may be taped for commercial purposes without the permission of AAC. Through entry to this event each competitor grants to the AAC and its representatives and/or agents all rights and permission to use or appropriate his/her and his/her dog's name, biography, likeness, photograph, voice, performing persona, or other indicia of identity for broadcast, telecast, cablecast transmission or distribution in any format or media now known or hereafter to become known. All competitors hereby release AAC and its representatives and/or agents from any claim or cause of action for invasion of the rights of privacy, right of publicity, right of personality or any similar right. No bitches in season will be permitted on site. In the event that there is a complaint of suspicion of a bitch in season on site, all intact females may be checked by a veterinarian. A filing fee for complaints may be assessed. Competitors that enter the 2016 Ontario Regionals facility knowing their bitch is in season, will have the bitch excluded from the Ontario Regionals with no reimbursement of funds. If a competitor voluntarily withdraws their bitch prior to entering the event site, they will be reimbursed a full refund of entry fees with a vet certificate. There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date or, in the event the dog is absent on the day of the event or any portion of the event, cancellation of the event due to inclement weather, or if the dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds will only be provided for bitches in season or injured dogs, provided notification is received by the trial secretary prior to the first day of the Ontario Regional Championships. Full refunds will be issued by the organizers for dogs pulled prior to the closing date. An administration fee of $10.00 will be withheld from entries needing to be refunded after the closing date. A veterinarian s (DVM) certificate is required for this refund to be given. Any handler who is found to abuse a dog will be disqualified and asked to leave the trial site immediately and have a report sent to the AAC disciplinary board. Confirmation of Entries Received will be posted to the appropriate regional website as posted on the cover page. Each competitor is responsible for confirming with the Trial Secretary the correct class, jump height, and any additional information. If you require confirmation of delivery of your entry, send it via Express Post or courier with delivery confirmation with no signature required by the Trial Secretary. There will be a $35.00 service charge for returned cheques. Overpayments of $10.00 or less will not be refunded. ANY dog that falls under the BSL legislation may ONLY COMPETE at the Harrowsmith location. Friday Steeplechase events are a sanctioned trial and you do not have to enter the regional event to compete in the Sanctioned Steeplechase events Fun Runs - Two rings will be set up as fun runs. One will be for Special/Vets and one for Regular height dogs. You will have 2 minutes to do whatever you want in these rings. There will be no course set up and these will not be judged. Only pre-entered dogs will be able to use these rings. You may enter more than one round with your dog. Where can I play? US competitors must also apply to the region they are assigned by the AAC. AAC state to province breakout criteria apply.

STEEPLECHASE CHALLENGE In addition to the Regionals events, we are offering a Steeplechase Challenge that will consist of two sanctioned Steeplechase rounds that will be run on Friday, June 3 rd. The rounds are open to all AAC registered dogs, eligible for sanctioned runs whether they are entered in Regionals or not. The winners of each height class in Round 1 and Round 2 will automatically advance to the Finale on Sunday. Scores from Rounds 1 and 2 will be combined to determine who will advance to the Finale in each height division. The Top 20% in each height class (min. of 3 dogs), will be entered in the unsanctioned Finale on Sunday afternoon before the final Regionals Awards Ceremony. Some height classes may be combined depending on entry. Prize money and ribbons will be awarded for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd Placements.

Overnight RV/Motorhome Parking VERY LIMITED sites available (approximately 15 total between serviced and un-serviced). 30 amp service on Red Barn parking lot, cost is $140 plus HST for the weekend (Thursday to Monday morning). Un-serviced sites on neighbour's field, cost is $85 plus HST for the weekend (Thursday to Monday morning). RV or motorhome must be brought in Thursday and leave either Sunday evening once it is safe to do so, or Monday morning. The washroom trailer, portable toilets and onsite shower will be open for campers all weekend. There will also be a fenced in off leash area. Anyone using this area must be respectful of other users and ensure that they pick up after their dogs and do NOT leave them unsupervised. We request that NO dogs be exercised off leash anywhere on the property except in this off leash area. Thank you. Overnight parking request must be submitted with payment in full between January 1st and April 1st, 2016 (no late applications will be accepted). All applicants will be notified if they do or do not have a spot by April 8th, and cheques will be cashed only once spot is confirmed. Please make alternate arrangements at another campground asap just in case you don't get a spot. We also have two (2) onsite RV s that are available. One sleeps 2 people (cost $50/night plus HST) and the other is set up for 3 to 4 people (cost $75/night plus HST). Fans, small fridge and outdoor chairs supplied. There is no air conditioning. Shade Tent Request Please submit this form if you would like space for a shade tent. Please note, shade tent sites are PRE- ASSIGNED. Only those that request space by May 15 th will be guaranteed a shade tent site. Only 10 x 10 or smaller tents will be allowed. As we will be allowing crating in the Red Barn as well as day crating under communal tents, we reserve the right to limit shade tent space. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. I agree to indemnify and save harmless AAC, the Organizing Club and the Personnel from and against any and all claims that may be made against them or costs, fees, expenses or liability (including, without limitation, lawyers fees on a solicitor and own client basis) incurred by AAC, the Organizing Club or the Personnel that may arise due to: (a) any act or omission of myself, my Related Parties or any party for whom I am liable at law; or (b) aggressive behaviour by the Dog or any other dog under my control. 5. I have read, and do understand the rules of competition and the additional rules (if any) appearing in the trial schedule for the Event, as well as the policies of AAC pertaining to discipline (collectively, the Rules ). I agree to abide by the Rules and to conduct myself and the Dog in accordance with the Rules. I understand that myself and/or the Dog may be subject to disciplinary procedures or sanctions for breach of the Rules and agree to respect and be bound by any disciplinary decision made by AAC. 6. I understand that AAC and/or the Organizing Club may, in the course of administering the Event or conducting its activities generally, collect, use or disclose my personal information and that any personal information collected, used or disclosed by AAC and/or the Organizing Club will be treated in accordance with AAC policy and applicable privacy and personal information laws. I hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure by AAC and/or the Organizing Club of my personal information. Media Release & Rights of Privacy Waiver I Hereby Grant to AAC and its affiliated companies, representatives, agents and assigns, all rights and permission to use or appropriate his/her and their dog s name, biography, likeness, photograph, voice, performing persona, or other indicia of identity for broadcast, telecast, cablecast, transmission or distribution in any format or media known now or in the future. Waiver of Rights to Privacy, Publicity & Personality Further, I hereby release Agility Association of Canada Inc. and its affiliates, representatives, agents and assigns from any claim or cause of action for invasion of the rights of privacy, right of publicity, right of personality, or any similar rights. 7. I have been given the opportunity to read and understand the terms of this Agreement before signing it, and have in fact done so. I understand that by signing this Agreement, I am restricting my legal rights and I sign this Agreement voluntarily and of my own free will.
