Breeder s Achievement Award/Breeder s Cup Application Complete Application This application is provided for breeders wishing to compete for the Breeder s Cup. All breeders meeting the requirements for the Breeder s Cup automatically meet the requirements for the Breeder s Achievement Award, so this application will serve for both awards. All Breeders are eligible to receive a Breeder s Achievement Award each calendar year, and all breeders may compete for the Breeder s Cup each year, but each breeder must complete and submit an application. Forms must be received by March 1 st of each Calendar Year. No late applications will be accepted. Mail to: Breeder s Achievement Award,9168 Liberty Run Rd. Guthrie OK 73044. The Breeder s Cup winner will receive a commemorative plaque. In addition, the top five competitors for the Breeder s Cup will listed in order, followed, in alphabetical order, by those that achieve the Breeder s Achievement Award. Winners will be listed in the Senntinel and listed on the GSMDCA Website (listed with name, kennel name, and city, state, no specific contact information will be listed). In addition, those who achieve the award may advertise such on their personal websites. Breeder s Achievement Award: To be awarded every calendar year to every breeder that completes at least one achievement in Conformation, Performance, Health, and GSMDCA Support. Breeder s Cup: To be awarded to the highest achieving breeder that completes at least one achievement in Conformation, Performance, Working Events, Health and GSMDCA Support AND earns the most points within a calendar year. Eligibility for the Breeder s Cup 1) Breeder/s must be a Member of the GSMDCA in good standing. 2) Breeder/s must be the AKC listed breeder of each dog used to compile points for the award, ownership of said dogs is irrelevant. 3) In the event of co-breeding, the breeders decide which breeder gets credit for the achievement. Two different breeders cannot take credit for the same achievement by the same dog. In the event that two breeders cannot decide, the points will be split between the breeders. List of Dogs Used To Compile Points Breeders MUST attach proof of breeder status for each dog used to earn the award. Breeder proof may include copy of AKC papers, AKC Certified Pedigree, or other such documentation. Catalog listing does not constitute proof of breeder status. Add additional page/s if necessary.
