OBEDIENCE TRIAL INFORMATION Obedience Trials are Limited to 25 Entries per Trial NO UTILITY OFFERED Bitches in season are NOT allowed to compete. All dogs will be competing for obedience titles through ASCA. Each entry form must have a current registration number (ASCA or recognized registry) and be completely filled out, no exceptions. If your dog has earned a title through any other registry, but not ASCA, your dog will be required to begin in Novice. Tracking Fees for Non-ASCA Dogs: All non-asca registered dogs will be required to have an ASCA Tracking Number. This is a one-time fee of $10.00 per dog. At the time of applying for the tracking number, the individual owner must also be an ASCA member (Service member fee-$10.00). ASCA membership does not need to be maintain in subsequent years. You will be able to apply for a tracking number the day of the show, if your dog does not have one. Building Accessibility for Exhibitors: The building will open at 9:00 am on Saturday, February 24, 2018; and at 9:00 am on Sunday, February 25, 2018 If your equipment is inside the buildings prior to this time, IT WILL BE REMOVED. There is limited crate/grooming space at this site and may be in an adjoining area to the rings. You will be asked to stack crates if necessary. Limited Groom Tables per exhibitor due to limited space. NO X Pens Allowed; all crates/grooming tables must be on a protective mat ABSOLUTELY NO CHALKING or BLOWING OUT of CHALK ALLOWED!!! NO GROOMING IN THE EXIBITION/TRIAL AREA NO CRATING or seating allowed within 10 feet of the obedience/rally rings There will be NO reserving or holding set up space at this facility. ALL exhibitors are required to keep their grooming & crating area clean! NO dogs are ALLOWED to be left in the show building unattended. EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS! IF you do not you will be asked to leave with no REFUNDS! All dogs and equipment must be removed from the building within ONE HOUR after the conclusion of the show/obedience trial on Sunday; or you will be charged the hourly rental rate of $50.00 per hour.
