If emailed, no envelope required. Conditions of Entry This is an Open Show Birds of all ages are eligible. Only financial members for 2017 of the Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association can enter. The Show reserves the right to amalgamate sections if less than three birds are entered. Sick or parasite infested birds will not be judged and will be removed from the show. In A.O.V. classes please state Breed & Colour. If the bird does not match the stated description, it will be disqualified. All Game Fowl and Game Bantam Males that are undubbed or show signs of having been recently dubbed are to be removed from the show benches. No photos to be taken or published until Judging has finalised. Entry Fees & Prize Money Entry Fee - $2.50 per bird per class Supreme $100.00, Champion $20.00, Reserve Champion $10.00 Prize Money will be paid out by cheque within three weeks after the Show. Please print your name clearly on the Entry Form as any Prize Money is payable by cheque. Cheques not banked within 6 months of date of issue will be cancelled with no further recourse Prize giving Sunday at 1pm at the Poultry Shed. All exhibitors to make an effort to attend. Penning All birds MUST be penned by Friday 10 th from 2pm till 7.30pm. The shed will be closed for Judging from 8.30am until 10.00am Saturday 11 th. Poultry viewing begins at 10.00am Depenning Please leave your birds penned until 4pm Sunday. Show Security No bird may be removed from its pen except by the Judge or Section Steward Sale Birds The Sale Birds Section will run on both Saturday and Sunday. Entry to Show Poultry exhibitors are to enter the show through Gate 1, Access Road. Exhibitor Passes issued to Members Only.

SALE BIRDS The Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association Incorporated is willing to sell birds on your behalf. All care will be taken with your birds but the Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association Incorporated will not accept responsibility for any accident or mishap whatsoever. Birds offered for sale must be healthy and free of parasites. The Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association Incorporated will charge a commission of 20% on all bird sales, please allow for this when pricing your birds. All birds offered for sale, including birds entered in the Show, must be recorded on your Sales Report and checked in by an Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association Incorporated Official. Exhibited sale birds MUST remain in their pens until depenning at 4pm Sunday. If you wish to change the price on a bird offered for sale, please have an Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association Incorporated Official amend your Sales Report. At the end of the show, unsold birds must be checked out by an Auckland Poultry & Pigeon Association Incorporated Official and the Sales Report signed. If you fail to do this, we will assume you have taken all your birds home We prefer to pay people in cash on the day. and sold nothing Please bring your Sales Report with you on Show day, Do not post it with your Show Entries.
