POSTMARKED by March 25, 2019. Entry fees must be enclosed with entry form. Late entries (postmarked after March 25, 2019) or entries received without money will be $12 per head with no discount including Champion Challenge. Late entries will be accepted until 8:00am the day of the show. There will be no refund of entry fees. We will be offering Pay-Pal for early entries. Early entries may be mailed with payment or the entry form can be emailed to dewgoats@gmail.com and fees paid by Pay-Pal. To pay by Pay-Pal email entry form and a reply will be sent with the amount owed and instructions for payment. If payment is not received by early entry deadline the full payment will be expect at check in. There are two entry forms, one for the youth ring and one for the open rings. MAIL ENTRIES TO: Make check payable to ETGRA Gwen VanderMartin 278 FM 489 East Buffalo, TX 75831 This show is sanctioned by the American Dairy Goat Association (all sanctioned breeds) and their rules shall govern. The Youth show will have Senior and Junior separately sanctioned for Alpine, LaManchas, Nigerian Dwarfs, Nubians AOPs and Recorded Grades. The Senior and Junior open shows are separately sanctioned for Alpines, LaManchas, Nigerian Dwarfs, Nubians, Saanens, AOPs and Recorded Grades. Both Senior and Junior doe shows will be held in Rings 1(Youth), 2(Open) and 3(Open). Registration/Recordation certificates are required for all animals six months of age or older. No copies allowed. A stamped duplicate or faxed application (from the ADGA office) will be accepted for animals under six months of age. Certificate papers must be presented to the Show Secretary before judging shall begin (ADGA rule X1-A-6).

The show barn will be open at noon on Friday, April 5,2019 for early arrivals. The registration table will be open from 3-9;30 pm on Friday and 6:00-8:00 am on Saturday. Exhibitors not in line for check-in by 7:15am April 6,2019 risk missing their classes. PLEASE BE ON TIME. EARLY ENTRIES ARE ENCOURAGED SO WE CAN TRY TO MAKE EACH BREED OFFICIAL. BASE DATE FOR SHOW: APRIL 6, 2019 NO MILK OUT HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: All animals must be free of draining abscesses, pink eye, ringworm, external parasites and sore mouth. If the animal is questionable, please leave it at home. SUBSTITUTIONS within the same breed will be allowed. These animals must be entered with the Show Secretary prior to the beginning of the show. A Best of Breed animal at this show that is not exhibited in the Best in Show class will forfeit the Championship leg earned at this show (ADGA rule X1-J-9). Substitutions will be allowed at a cost of $5.00 per substitution provided that the substitutions are made before the close of registration and will not be allowed once check-in is complete. You may only substitute your animal with another of yours no one else s. There will be Champion Challenge classes this year. Early entry fee will be $9 per head per ring. After early entry deadline fees will be $12 per head per ring. Please Register early. Please bring extra handlers, youth and open shows will be run simultaneously. Over uddered does may be discriminated against by the judges. If you need to relieve your doe of excess milk, please do so into a pail and not on the ground. If your doe leaks milk onto the concrete, please clean up after her. Please be considerate of other exhibitors and their animals. Do not leave animals for extended periods of time in pens that have no bedding in them. Absolutely not straw or hay for bedding, you must use shavings. You can bring your own shavings or bags will available at check-in for $9 each. There is no pen fee. Please remember if you are using a pen for tack you may be ask to give it up if the space is need. The ETGRA and the Navarro County Expo Center will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by exhibitors or visitors; all animals will be shown at owners risk. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of their children. Exhibitors are requested to be neatly and appropriately attired, preferably in white; however, dark pants/skirt and white shirt are acceptable. Exhibitors please be courteous to the volunteer staff working the show. Remember these folks have volunteered their time so this show will be a success. If there is a problem, please contact the Dairy Chairperson Gwen VanderMartin. Exhibitor or volunteer may contact her. Receipt of entry will be an agreement by the exhibitor to abide by the show rules. Make sure your does tattoos match their registration papers. The show committee reserves the right to decide upon and resolve any problems which may not be directly addressed in these show rules or those of ADGA. Their decision will be final. There will be no alcohol drinking during the show. Vendors are welcome. There will be a $35.00 charge to display or sell your wares or services or you can make an item donation of that approximate value to the raffle table

RV spaces will also be available for a non-refundable fee of 30.00. Please note that there is a limited number of RV spaces. Please reserve those early.
