Exhibitors can fly into San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose or Monterey airports. Transportation is available from the Monterey-Salinas Air Bus (831-883- 2871) for those who fly into San Francisco or San Jose airports. Call for reservations, cost and schedule. WEATHER: The weather in Monterey is best described as changeable. In February, we had a rainy weekend, but it could be warm & sunny. Temperatures range from 60-70 F during the day to 50-55 F at night. ACTIVITIES: Although no specific activities are planned, we will probably take a group to Fisherman s Warf and/or Cannery Row for dinner on Saturday night. Sign up will be on Saturday during the show. ATTRACTIONS: Plan to come early or stay after the show to enjoy some of the Monterey Peninsula s scenic attractions. Fisherman s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos and Asilomar State Parks, Big Sur, Carmel shops and the world famous golf courses of Pebble Beach are all within a short drive. Deep-sea fishing and whale watching cruises are also available. Entries must be in good health and current in inoculations. Ill or obviously pregnant cats must be removed from the show hall. CLAWS MUST BE CLIPPED ON ALL FOUR FEET. CAGES: Each cat entered is allowed 1 single cage space 21 x21 x22 high, free with entry. Double cages measure 45 x21x22 high. Floor, sides, bottom and top must be covered. If you wish to bring your own cage(s), please indicate on the summary sheet. LITTER/FOOD: Litter will be provided and cat food if donated. Please bring your own litter pans and food dishes. PEOPLE FOOD: We are planning a potluck buffet. Contact Carol Bartom (831) 375-0801 if you want to bring something. Buffet is free for those who bring food. Otherwise, $8 per day per person.
