This recording fee is to be collected by the show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the recording fee is to be collected on the first entry only (AKC Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). Entries received without fees will not be accepted. UNSIGNED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a judge or veterinarian, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. Any exhibitor whose bitch has come in season after the closing date may obtain a refund of their entry, less $10.00 for administration expenses, upon presentation of a Veterinarian s certificate to the Show Secretary prior to the start of any class the morning of the show.
