Game Meat Hygiene in Focus Conference Edinburgh, 10 th & 11 th September 2015 The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies (University of Edinburgh) Easter Bush Veterinary Centre, EH25 9RG, Roslin (UK) The International Game Meat Hygiene in Focus conference is the perfect opportunity to bring together professionals to discuss wild game meat production from forest to fork Key note speakers of international reputation, poster sessions to stimulate discussion on the latest research on wild game meat, handson experience by visiting a deer farm and abattoir and an international audience for networking are the main features of this event Preliminary programme (April 2015) included. Poster Submission Please submit poster abstracts (ca. 1 page, 12pt Times New Roman or Arial; lines 1.5 spacing) as.doc/.docx files to: peter.paulsen@vetmeduni.ac.at. Abstracts should not include tables or figures. The abstracts should be in the order: title, names of author(s), institution(s), main text, (acknowledgment). Decision on acceptance will be within 7-10 days after submission. All accepted abstracts will be printed in the conference proceedings, if at least one of the contributors is registered for the conference.
