A special ribbon and a silver plate with the club logo will be awarded to the High Scoring Corgi in Regular Classes. Placement ribbons will be awarded to Corgis in each obedience class. In each rally trial, a Corgi themed wine glass will be awarded to the winners of the high combined and high triple scores. Placement ribbons will be given for qualifying Corgis in each class. Note: A qualifying score is required for all prizes and awards in the regular classes, preferred classes, optional titling classes, and all rally classes. Winners must be present to win any prize. The well being of dogs and participants is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. DOGS NEED TO BE AT THE SHOW only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. CLOSING DATE for entries is 3:00 PM, Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017 (at Secretary s address) after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules. A RECORDING FEE of $0.50 is required for each dog entered, a Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry of any dog at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the Show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). (These fees are included in the entry fee.) POST-DATED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SECRETARY will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
