ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS or photocopies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC entry forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE CLUB AND ITS SHOW SECRETARY ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or agent of the owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner s agent entering a dog twice or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to compete. FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRIES. If because of riot, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open the show, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, judges, exhibitors and spectators. The well being of dogs and participants is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. DOGS NEED TO BE AT THE SHOW only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. CLOSING DATE for entries 3:00 PM, Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018 (at Secretary s address) after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules. A RECORDING FEE of $0.50 is required for each dog entered, a Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry of any dog at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial, or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the Show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). POST DATED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequently returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
