AAVA SMALL AND LARGE ANIMAL ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION Sunday April 7, 2019 11:30 am - 2:30 pm Join us for a three hour interactive round table discussion for small and large animal veterinarians. Each track will have three doctors answering questions from the audience on various disease processes and cases. A discussion on diagnosing and treating with TCVM, acupuncture, laser and herbal medicine will follow each question. *30 CE HOURS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY IVAS, ALL CE HOURS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY RACE. All CE is RACE approved and 30 hours are approved by IVAS. HOTEL RESERVATIONS The Benson Hotel in Portland, Oregon will be the site for the annual meeting for the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture. Perfectly located, you are within walking distance to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment of the Pearl District, Pioneer Square, and downtown. Famous boutiques, bookstores, breweries, and performing arts are just steps away. The group rate is $199 for single or double occupancy (plus tax). To make reservations at the special AAVA rate, contact the hotel by calling 888/523-6766. To ensure the group rate and space availability, make your reservations no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2019. The room block will close once the room block has been met or has reached the deadline, whichever occurs first. REGISTRATION Conference registration is required to attend or participate in the 2019 AAVA Annual Meeting. Advance registration by March 5, 2019 is recommended, as you will receive a discount! AAVA Annual Meeting registrations will no longer be accepted after March 19, 2019. Please register onsite after March 19, 2019. Registration includes a name badge that allows access to lectures, the exhibit hall, daily refreshment breaks, breakfast, lunch and Welcome Reception. Proceedings will be provided to all attendees online through the AAVA website, which will include all submitted lecture notes for scheduled speakers. Bound Book Proceedings will be available for an additional fee of $35. To guarantee your copy at this price you must pre-order. A very limited quantity will be available onsite at a cost of $45.
