A receipt of the postal order, certified copy of the proof of payment via bank transfer or certified copy of the cheque (e.g. Eurocheque) must be attached to the registration form. The registration form shall not be accepted without the proof of payment!!! In case of incomplete registration form, subsequent corrections and necessary correspondence, we shall charge a fee of CZK 50 upon entry to the show
It is necessary to attach to the registration form a photocopy of the dog s certificate of origin it applies to all dogs and bitches registered for the show and a photocopy of the certificate of passed trials or photocopy of the certificate of Winner of Specialty (VSV), Club Winner (KV), ICH and CH of a FCI member state in order for the dog or bitch to be included in the work class or winners class! Classes of dogs and bitches at the show 1 st class: baby: 3-6 months old; in this class may be gained the grade VN (very hopeful) or N (hopeful) 2 nd class: puppy: 6-9 months old; it this class may be gained the grade VN (very hopeful) or N (hopeful) 3 rd class: youth: 9-18 months old; in this class may be gained the title of CAJC 4 th class: intermediate: 15-24 months old; in this class may be gained the title of CAC 5 th class: open: from 15 months on; in this class may be gained the title of CAC 6 th work class from 15 months on; in this class may be gained the title of CAC. For participation in this class, the owner of the dog or bitch is obliged to submit a certificate of passed work trial testing hunting usability 7 th class: out of competition: no right to qualification and order 8 th class: winners: from 15 months on; in this class may be gained the title of CAC. Dogs and bitches with the title of ICH or CH of a FCI member state or the titles of VSV (Winner of Specialty) and KV (Club Winner) may participate in this class. 9 th class: veterans: from 8 years on. All dogs and bitches shown will get a diploma, the dogs and bitches that will gain the grade VN1 (Very Hopeful 1) will receive a medal. The dogs and bitches that will gain the title of CAJC and CAC Candidates and the title of Club Winner will receive a cup. The title of CAJC may be gained by a dog or bitch classified V1 (Excellent 1) in the youth class, the title of CAC-ČR may be gained by a dog or bitch classified V1 in the intermediate class, open class, work class and winners class. The title of res. CAC-ČR may be gained by a dog or bitch classified V2 (Excellent 2) in the intermediate class, open class, work class and winners class. The title of Club Winner (KV) may be gained by a dog or bitch that has been granted the title of CAC Candidate. The BOB title may be gained by a dog or bitch that has been granted the title of CAJC Candidate, the title of KV and the grade of V1 in the veterans class. These titles and grades shall be granted within circles. The title of Best Baby in Show may be gained by dogs or bitches classified VN1 in the baby class. The title of Best Puppy in Show may be gained by dogs or bitches classified VN1 in the puppy class. The title of Best Youth in Show may be gained by dogs or bitches classified VI in the youth class. The title of Best Veteran in Show may be gained by dogs or bitches with the grade V1 in the veterans class. For the title Best in Show shall compete all dogs and bitches having the BOB title. In addition, the following competitions shall take place: Best Couple of Dogs, Best Breeding Group, Winner of Child and Dog Competition of I. and II. Age Group. These titles and grades shall be granted in the afternoon competitions. COMPETITIONS: Best Couple of Dogs for a bitch and dog of the same breed owned by one owner, who have been evaluated at the show. Best Breeding Group for at least 3 dogs or bitches of the same breed coming from one breeder and at least two different sires or dams, who have been evaluated at the show.
Child and Dog Competition Age Group I. up to ten years old, Age Group II. up to 15 years old. The decisive age of the registered child must be reached 1 day prior to the show. The participant with a dog or bitch of FCI Group VIII registered in one of the breeding books of FCI member states need not be evaluated at the show. It is the showing of the dog or bitch that is evaluated. Documents for participation at the show: entry certificate, certificate of origin, and vaccination card Veterinary conditions: Upon acceptance of the dog or bitch, it is necessary to submit the vaccination card certifying that the dog or bitch has been inoculated against rabies, distemper and infectious hepatitis within a period not shorter than 30 days and not longer than 1 year prior to the show. Instructions for completing the registration forms: The registration forms must be completed by typewriter or in block letters. Each dog or bitch must have its own registration form. Illegible registration forms shall not be accepted. The organizer shall not be liable for incorrectly completed registration forms. If a photocopy of the certificate of passed work trial or certificate of the title of Winner of Specialty, Club Winner, National Winner, Champion of a FCI member state or Interchampion will not be attached to the registration form, the dog or bitch will be included in the open class. We shall not return photocopies. The certificate of work trials for hunting breeds is issued by ČMKJ (Czech-Moravian Cynological Association), Jungmannova 25, 115 25 Prague 1. The proof of payment of the show fee must be glued to the registration form, otherwise the registration form shall not be accepted. As proof of payment shall be recognized the receipt of the postal order, the stamped payment order and the copy of the bank statement or certified copy of the cheque (e.g. Eurocheque). The dog or bitch may be registered only in one class. Re-registration of dogs or bitches after the closing date shall be impossible. The acceptance of the dog or bitch to the show shall be confirmed in writing by the entry certificate prior to the show. By accepting the registration form, the exhibitor shall become subject to all provisions of FCI International Show Rules and this show rules and regulations. The exhibitor agrees with the publication of his or her address in the show catalogue. The condition for the inclusion of the dog or bitch in the work class shall be having passed the work trial and sent the certificate of the work trial as of the 2 nd closing date; the same applies to the International Champion or National Champion of the particular member state of FCI. General provisions: The show shall be open to dogs and bitches of all breeds of Group VIII registered in the books recognized by FCI, who have reached the age required for inclusion in the particular class one day prior to the date of the show. Only a dog or bitch of the same owner at the same address may be considered the second dog. Co-owned dogs and bitches are considered the first dog. Imported dogs and bitches must be registered in Czech breeding books, but the original abbreviation of the breeding book and registration number of the country of origin of the dog
or bitch must be also indicated on the registration form. Co-owned dogs and bitches registered in a foreign breeding book and not registered as ČLP (Czech hunting dog) shall be considered the dogs and bitches of non-members of KCHLS. The organizer of the show shall not be liable for damages caused by the dogs or bitches or exhibitor, nor for death or loss of a dog or bitch. Free movement of dogs and bitches shall not be allowed. The show committee may refuse to accept registration without stating the reasons. Bitches on heat, bitches in higher stage of pregnancy, feeding bitches and dogs or bitches after operation or other veterinary intervention that has removed a defect in their exterior may not take part at the show. Changes of the dog s exterior made by excessive spray-painting, fell toning and by trimming at the show, with long-term immobilizing on tables, are prohibited. Owners of dogs or bitches who have gained the BOB title are obliged to participate in the final Winners Show with their dog or bitch. Unless stipulated otherwise in the show rules and regulations, there shall apply the provisions of the FCI International Show Rules and of the Czech-Moravian Cynological Association Show Rules. In case that the show will not take place due to objective reasons, the show fees shall be used for reimbursement of the costs of the show. Leading babies (with the exception of babies registered for the show) and their sale at the show is prohibited. Protests: Protests against the decisions of the judges are not allowed. A protest may be filed only due to formal reasons of breach of show rules and regulations. The protest must be filed in writing, together with payment of the security in the amount of CZK 1,000, by the end of evaluation in circles. Should the protest not be recognized, the security shall be forfeited in favour of the organizer.
