Note to Exhibitors The Doberman Pinscher Club of Missouri and its members and Nestle Purina Farms assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. The Doberman Pinscher Club of Missouri does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Offi cial AKC entry form for these events. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendations to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Doberman Pinscher Club of Missouri may cancel this event in extreme weather conditions. Entry fees will not be refunded if the trials cannot be opened or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fi re, an act of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifi es any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signatures or the Agreement on the reverse side of the entry form. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or by email or telegram prior to close of entries. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. No dogs wrongly entered in a class may be transferred to another class except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows: a correction may be made in the sex of a dog, or a dog may be transferred from one division of the Puppy Class to another or between the Puppy and Twelve to Eighteen Month Class at a show prior to judging, and except that dogs which according to their owners s records have completed the requirements for a championship after the closing of entries for a show but whose championships are unconfi rmed, may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed competition, provided this transfer is made by the Event Secretary at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. A Recording Fee of $0.50 is required for each dog and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 is required for each recordable single entry class at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Trial. Canadian exhibitors must submit entries with checks drawn on US accounts or with International Money Orders in US Funds. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a $25.00 collection fee for completing the transaction and/or reprocessing the entries to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a cash only basis. No refund for duplicate entries. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualifi ed, excused, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. Dogs allowed in rings during judging only. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors of their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. All trophies must be claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed. The club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All checks issued as prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lost, stolen and/or misplaced checks will not be replaced. Refund of 50% of entry fees for bitches entered in that come in season after closing date of this show may be obtained by sending a veterinarian s certifi cate to the Show Secretary before the start of the show. Trial Entries for Doberman Pinschers only will be accepted until closing on April 17; all other breeds entries will be put on a waiting list. On April 17 entries from all breeds will be accepted in order of receipt until the limit is reached. Food will be available at the Purina Checkerboard Cafe at the Event Center. The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 6 am on Friday, May 3, 2013. Dogs and all equipment must be removed from the show site immediately following Best in Show judging on Sunday, May 5, 2013. RV Parking Please refer to the premium list for the May 4-5 shows at Onofrio Dog Shows for information on RV parking at the Event Center. Parking Exhibitor and visitor parking will be located on blacktop parking lots in front of Purina Event Center. Vehicles are limited to one parking space. No ex-pens or crates allowed on the blacktop but are allowed on the grass areas. No cones allowed in the parking areas. No parking in roadways or next to building. Crating & Grooming Please refer to the premium list for the May 4-5 shows at Onofrio Dog Shows for information on crating space. Exhibitors & Guests No one is permitted anywhere that is marked Employees Only and / or No Admittance. These are separate divisions of Purina and are not part of the show grounds. No person or dogs allowed on the second fl oor of the Purina Event Center. There are no baby strollers allowed inside building. No cones allowed inside building. No fi rearms allowed on Purina property. NO SMOKING permitted in the Event Center. The Doberman Pinscher Club of Missouri reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Pre-Paid Catalogs Catalogs may be pre-ordered by including $5.00 for each catalog with your entry fee and completing the appropriate spaces on the entry form. Any abuse of the grounds will be brought to the attention of the show-giving club and its Show Committee. Any exhibitor s entries may be refused for previous misuse of the motel facilities. This is an AKC supported measure. Directions From East/South: Take I-44 to Gray Summit/Hwy 100 Exit 253. Turn north (east) on Hwy 100. After approximately ½ mile, turn left on Hwy MM. Entrance to Purina Farms is approximately 1 mile on the left. From West: Take I-70 to Hwy 47, exit 193. Take Hwy 47 south to Hwy 100. Continue on 100 to I-44 east. Take I-44 east one exit, then exit at Gray Summit. Follow directions as above. All prizes, if not awarded in the ring, must be picked up during the event at the Purina booth. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfi rmed. The showing of unconfi rmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classifi cation in this premium list. If the dog show class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certifi cate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
