IMPORTANT It will be the Vendor s responsibility to provide the correct documentation (I.E. CID and/ or Passports) for each animal. The purchaser will have 72 hours to check such documentation and can at the vendor s expense return any beast with the wrong documentation, or the whole of the Lot with which it was sold, or he can reclaim from the vendor any premium lost as a result of either the vendor s wrongful description of the animals or the incorrect nature of the documentation supplied. The vendor may be liable for any additional costs incurred by the auctioneers in satisfying the purchaser s requirements. SPECIAL CONDITIONS All Heifers are sold as being under 30 months old and sold with the appropriate passports unless otherwise declared.
