The Committee reserve the right to refuse entry in all Classes and reserve the right to cancel or close classes at their discretion. Where there are only 4 entries in any class only 2 prizes may be awarded. Classes with only 1 entry may be cancelled or retained and a discretionary prize given. Exhibits must be benched not later than 10.15am on Show Day. This will be strictly enforced and exhibits arriving after 10.15am may be disqualified. Judging will commence at 10.30am prompt. The Marquee will be closed to the public at 4.00pm and immediately after 4.15pm exhibits can be collected. Exhibits not collected by 6.00pm will be taken to the Secretary s Caravan, and may be auctioned for show funds. Any objection or protest is to be made in writing to the Secretary with a 10.00 deposit. The Judges decision will be final. Sheep Dog Trials will commence at 12.00 noon and a prompt start is essential. Presentations of trophies to be held at 4.00pm (approx.) Adjacent to the main tent. Each entry must be accompanied by a remittance unless otherwise stated. All perpetual trophies to be returned to one of the Secretaries no later than 7 days before the show. Trade Stands charges (per 15 foot) 16 to be paid in advance - FOC charities. Judging of Horse and Pony classes will commence at 9.30am. Riding hats must be worn at all times. No child under 3 years to compete in horse and pony classes. Jackets must be worn for all show jumping classes. No entry money refunded in horse classes. All horses and ponies competing to be covered by 3rd Party Public Liability Insurance and owners must ensure that the person attending the animal is physically capable of handling and controlling said animal. We recommend only British Safety Standard hats to be worn and back protectors for all jumping classes. All animals must be kept at the walk in the wagon area. In the event of an emergency please follow the instructions of the official showfield stewards. Horse and Pony classes: the show committee reserve the right to split or amalgamate classes if entries warrant. 1
