A one year process to nominate candidates and prepare the short-list for elections This timeline indicates the eventual nomination and selection process that will operate each election cycle. For elections in May 2018 at the 86th General Session, the process starts in July 2017. The application and the endorsement of the Delegate must be submitted by the applicant via the online registration portal by 2 October 2017.
