Showprogramm Cavyshow Tiel Saterday April 28th 2018 Our show in 2017 proved to be an enormous success en we hope we can reach same numbers in 2018. In total 137 participant from The Netherlands, Belgium, Gemany, Denmark and Czech Republic which brought a total of 855 cavies to our show in Tiel. As you may have noticed, we never send any participant home empty handed. So also in 2018 all participant will receive a small present and a lovely bg goodiebag! This special 10th edition will not go unnoticed! Our range of prices has never been this great and wonderful and we appriciate many sponsors and donations. With this we are able to make it a show with a royal (crown) touch! This year we will also invite some stands with many cavy related articles (food, herbs, bottles etcetc.). Because the youth is our future, we sponsor this for our Juvinle (youth) participants. Each Juvinile participant may tick his / her 5 best animals on his / her registration form. The one with the best 5 animals wins this beautiful prize. The score (not the points) is taken into account. It concerns animals in the Purebreed show. (what breed / color / gender is not important). Caviaflat.nl determines the winner when we have a break even in winners.

Because this show is one of our clubshows, you need to be a member of the NCC (Dutch Cavy Club). This only applies for the breedjuding, not the pets. Should you want to try a first time for our show and do not know if you want to be a member. No problem! Non-members are offered a 1 time memberfree entry at our show. We do however ask for a small fee of 5 on top of the entry fee. This way you are a member for a day and your animals will be judged just like all other exhibits and your exhibits will compete for all awards and Best in Show. The yearly mempershipfee for the NCC is 10 for a single member. Should you like our show and want to participate for next year, you can pay the membershipfee and this way you can enter for all NCC shows. The yearly membership needs to renewed each year. Barbeque / BBQ The showcommittee would love to organize a barbeque afterwards. So we can enjoy a meal als participants all together. You do not need to travel, as this will be held at the same location after the show. Your cavies can stay in their travelboxes in the showroom. We will arrange a meal with diffirent kinds of meat, bread and salades. We hereby invite all that would like to join us at the BBQ on April 29th.. Show regulations 1. This show is organized under the showregulations of the Nederlandse Caviafokkers Club (NCC). Each exhibitor is expected to be known with the following rules. The secretary will be opened during the same openingtimes of the show. 2. This show must be seen as a promotional day for our club (NCC), this as described in the rules of our main club FB (KLN). 3. The cavies will be held in showcages, provided by the organisation and prepared with shavings and plastic walls in each cage. The cavies must have a plaster with number, which will be send to your home address and for foreign exhibitors these will be provided in the morning of the show. The plaster must be put on the left ear of the cavy (the left ear of a cavy from the exhibits perspective). 4. During the show it is not allowed for exhibitors to take out the cavies and leave the showroom, without permission of the showcommittee. 5. The entry fee is 2,50 per cavy. The catalogue is 2,50, per house address/family. Administration fee 2,00 per person. The entry fee and other costs must be paid, even if you have absent cavies or can t be present. 6. It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the showroom during the show, unless if you have permission from the showcommittee. 7. The showcommittee can not be held responsible for any losses of animals or lost goods, nor is it possible to claim any money from the showcommittee in these cases. 8. All tasks during the show day, such as writers, or helpers for the judges are appointed by the showcommittee 9. In all cases in which the above rules do not provide clarity, the show committee can decide on behalf of the NCC.
