Insert scented cartridge into the rectangular cavity in the wristband (side with the Bugables logo faces out). 2. Wrap wristband around wrist. Secure band using metal clasp. Replace scented cartridge after 2 hours of continuous use. To prolong the hours of effectiveness, remove scented cartridge from wristband when not in use and store in resealable bag.
