Chances is a pass/fail class no placements are awarded in this class If you might earn a NATCH at this trial please let us know we d love to celebrate with you. WAG FACILITY RULES All exhibitors are subject to ejection for failure to comply 1. Respect all the grounds - pick up after your dog at all times- everywhere on the property. Please pick up all your trash and dispose of properly. Do not allow your dogs to urinate anywhere on the buildings, garbage cans, or planters. 2. Obey all speed and parking signs. Driveway speed is 5MPH and will be enforced. 3. Be aware of your dog and your immediate surroundings. Dog aggression will not be tolerated. No dog may be left tied up unattended - at any time. 4. Respect the agility equipment and all of the facility buildings. Do not use equipment not in use by club. 5. If there are problems/issues with the facility, please inform a club member and/or the facility owners. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Below is a brief summary of NADAC rules. Please refer to www.nadac.com for a full explanation of all NADAC rules and up to date information. A copy of the current Exhibitors Handbook may be downloaded free from the NADAC web site at www.nadac.com Please note that NADAC trials should provide a safe and fun environment for both exhibitors and their dogs. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated and will be excused from the trial. The show committee has the right to refuse any entry. Anyone not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed to enter this trial. Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of this trial. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. Checks not honored by the bank do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $25.00 service charge for bank returned checks. Dog must be registered and have a valid registration number before entries will be accepted.
ENTRY RULES Exhibitors, through submission of entry you acknowledge that you have read NADAC Rules & Regulations as presented on www.nadac.com including but not limited to: This test is open to all dogs of at least 18 months of age, including mixed breeds. Bitches in heat, lame or blind dogs are ineligible for entry, as is any dog with a deformity which may cause a judge to not be able to reasonably assess the dog s ability to function and perform agility obstacles safely, and in a manner that is in the best interest, health and welfare of the dog. Any dog which demonstrates aggression towards any person or any dog, whether inside the ring or outside the ring, must be excused from the agility trial. Any dog which the judge feels is not in enough control to perform all obstacles in a safe manner will be excused from the agility trial. Safety must always be of primary consideration in your actions and conduct. You alone are responsible for the behavior of your dogs and children. If your dogs or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior, the show committee can ask you to leave the show site. In such case, we will not refund any fees. All dogs, Novice, Open and Elite jumping 16 or less (except Veterans/Skilled Division dogs) MUST be measured unless they present a permanent height card at check-in or have sent a copy to the trial secretary along with their entry No leads, collars, toys, or other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course or within 10 feet of the ring at any time enclosed and concealed food can be taken on course. Running order will be determined at the clubs discretion. Handlers with more than one dog in a class will be separated. Check-in and Start Times we will e-mail confirmations prior to the trial; these will include check-in and start times and running order information (subject to changes) Refunds After the closing date, NO entry fees will be refunded for dogs pulled from the trial - except for bitches that come into season before Thursday of the trial week in which case 50% of the entry fees paid will be returned. Move-ups If you title during the weekend we will accept your move-up request if it is submitted within 15 minutes of the end of the last class each day for the following day. DIVISIONS (OFFERED IN EACH CATEGORY) Standard Veterans for dog or handler Jr. Handler Veteran/Disabled handler There are two categories, Proficient and Skilled. A dog may only be entered in ONE category per weekend. Skilled dogs must jump 4" lower than their Standard Proficient jump height CLASSES The following are offered in each category and for each level and division: Regular Jumpers Chances TouchNGo Weavers Tunnelers Hoopers Barrelers VETERAN OR DISABLED HANDLER Handlers who are 60 years or older, or who have a disability that restricts mobility, may choose to enter as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more standard course time. The Veteran/Disabled Handler division is designed for handlers who, due to age or impairment, are mobility limited and need extra time to guide their canine partners through an agility course. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all dogs in all classes for the entire trial in this Division and must jump 4 lower than your Proficient, Standard Division jump height requires. IMPORTANT: Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results submitted by the club are uploaded to the files section of the NADAC Forum at (http://www.nadacforum.com) list within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Forum by going to (http://www.nadacforum.com). You will be able to view trial results and check for any possible discrepancies, without receiving list email. If you find an error in the reporting of your dog s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will not be recorded by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records.

AGREEMENT The person who signs this agreement represent that he/she is authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of both exhibitor and the owner of entered dog. In consideration of acceptance of this entry: 1.1 As used here NADAC means North American Dog Agility Council, LLC, its members, officers, directors, employees, show chairs, show committees and agents. 1.2. Exhibitor / Owner, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of NADAC, and any other rules and regulations appearing in the premium for this event. 1.3. Exhibitor / Owner certify that the entered dog is not a hazard to persons, dogs, or property and that the entered dog s rabies vaccination is current on accordance with the requirement of the state in which the dog resides. 1.4. Exhibitor / Owner acknowledge all hazards presented by the event and the event premises, including but not limited to, the condition of the floors, stairways, halls, lighting, security measures or lack of, electrical appliances, fittings, show rings, parking areas and the presence of unfamiliar animals and people, exhibitor and owner assume the risk of any harm arising from these. 1.5. Exhibitor / Owner releases NADAC (including NADAC officers, directors, employees, and members), & Fun Paws Agility Club. (Fun Paws) its officers, directors, and members and event organizing committee and will defend them and hold them harmless from all present and future loss, injury, damage, claims, demands and liabilities involving the entered dog, the event or event premises. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing hold harmless provisions, exhibitor / owner hereby specifically assumes sole responsibility for and agrees to indemnify and save aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damages because of bodily injuries, including death, at any time inconsequence of my (our) participation in this event, howsoever such injury, or death may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents or any other persons.
