All dogs nine (9) months of age or older that are registered with The American Kennel Club and have been accepted into the herding program are eligible to participate in AKC herding tests and trials. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Event location will be available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm each day, or one hour after conclusion of event. NOTES No un-entered dogs (except set-out dogs) will be allowed at the event site. Shaded/protected crating areas will be provided. Large barn available. Bath/cool-off tub provided. Bring your own towels. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ALLOWED. Please bring your own chairs. City water available for dogs. LUNCH WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE. Schedule will be provided. Bitches in season will be allowed but will be moved to the end of the class in test. Please notify the Test Secretary if your bitch is in season. ALL AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB RULES REAGARDING CON- DUCT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. No refund for duplicate entries or any other cause beyond the control of the club after closing of entries. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY. NO CONDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ENTRY FORMS MUST BE SIGNED. IF ENTRIES ARE SENT VIA EXPRESS SERVICE, SIGNATURE MUST BE WAIVED. A separate entry blank must be completed for each dog entered. Entries not on Official Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without the AGREEMENT and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE. You can, however, use the same entry form for a multiple day event as long as all entries are for the same dog. Owners of their Agents are solely responsible for the presence of their dogs at the test arena. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. Exhibitors are expected to maintain the premises in a clean and tidy condition. Entry frees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent (unless replaced by an alternate), disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Test/Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, fire, act of God, public emergency or other acts beyond the control of the Club, it is impossible to open or to complete the test/trial, no refund of entry fee will be made.
